The beds were very comfortable and clean. The foyer was lovely and clean. The young gentleman at the reception was very friendly and efficient and rang me to check if we would require an after hours check in but we were on our way in an Uber. Very nice easy check in. Very friendly staff. It was very close to the QPAC and BCEC where we were seeing a show. Walking distance to a lovely restaurant precinct. The cleaning lady was super friendly.

I thought for the price it was a little small and the bathroom door was not hung close enough to the glass wall and it wasn't very private when going to the toilet. The room and bathroom were quite dated and the tv remote did not work. The air con was set to sleep so when we came back the room was hot again. Just little things that need to work when you enter a room and have been travelling all day to get there.

I liked that they were accomodating of some requests I had (including not to face western afternoon sun due to skin health issue and to have a balcony with view) and I liked the layout of the apartment and accessibility to everything in the kitchen and the view out the windows looking towards the city was great, the staff was friendly and check in process was easy too.

I didn't like the hallways and lift in way to room was hot and stuffy, the room had two noticeable dirt marks one on coffee table top and one on bed cover linen underneath as I went to turn it back and I thought the accomodation could do with some better artwork on walls displayed as what was there was a bit boring.

Location was perfect. It’s right near restaurants and cafes, just a stroll to Southbank Parklands, which is beautiful with rainforest walks, man made beach, beautiful restaurants and bars, museum, art galleries. The city is just over the bridge which is in walking distance also, with botanical gardens, star casino and amazing shopping. The rooms were nice and trendy. The one bedroom apartment was roomy, with a verandah and fully self contained with even a washing machine and drier. Free carparking was a plus too. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The gym didn’t have much equipment and the weights were extremely lite. The pool was absolutely freezing and didn’t seem like it had been cleaned regularly.

Convenience of proximity to the Brisbane Cultural epicentre which was the reason for our stay. Easy walking distance to the Southbank/Brisbane River and also crossover bridges. Rail/bus station nearby. The room itself was so large and well equipped. Large floor to ceiling windows allowing great views. Outdoor balcony to sit and enjoy the cbd sights and sounds. All apps TV access including fox to watch the footy whilst prepping to go out. Large ensuite, kitchen benchspaces, dining table and full compact lounge suite.

That we didn't book and stay another night! Not sure if there's a gap in the windows or balcony door but emergency services sirens at 2am sound like they were passing through our room! That was the only disturbance heard.

Everything from check in to check out including the sheets, comfortable beds, the service and the amazing team has been exceptional. The apartments amenities are well maintained - down to the taps and internal laundry without a fault. The garbage disposal area and carpark areas would be the cleanest, free of road dust and most secure than any other inner city accommodation site I have experienced.. The Black Sheep Bat and Off-licence is well considered and service excellent. We love this place so much we seriously discussed making an offer.

We couldn't stay longer

The bed was comfortable and the room well appointed, Easy walking distance to South bank for eateries etc and even though the train tracks were just below our room the sound deadening was great and we could hardly hear them at all.

The shower water pressure was ok but it wasn't fantastic and even with it turned to max hot temp it was only just warm enough. The hot water unit in the laundry part was maxed out at 50°C so I guess that had something to do with it. If we could have got 60° out of it I would have been happy.

the room size was great, we weren't all on top of each other - plenty of room. A great location as we attended a show at QPAC so an easy walk to the show and to South bank

The view from the window was not so great being a train track, however we did not hear the trains at all. The A/C even though it was turned off was omitting a sound it was that or the vent in the wall that the sound was coming from and at night it was a little disturbing to sleeo

The room was excellent with sliding panels walling off the bed to cut out any outside noise. The view is not something to advertise as a train line runs past the property leading into Roma St station. The trains were very quiet and were a great attraction to children on other nearby balconies. South Bank was only 10 minutes walk away while West End restaurants and shops were similarly close by in the other direction. We would certainly stay here again

A lack of trees in the view.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was lovely and spacious. Close to Suncorp stadium, about 15-20 minute walk. 1 free car Park on-site per room. Reception staff very friendly and informative.

Not much around the immediate area in terms of food and shops. Bottle shop beneath, extremely overpriced. As is the convenience shop across on hope st. Come prepared for this next time

Room was nice & comfortable so no complaints. Well located to Convention Centre & lots of food options within walking distance.

The lack of staffing at reception however was a bit of a problem. I had a 4 night stay & was going to ask for some more tea bags, coffee & sugar but there was never anyone at reception to ask. Even during normal hours it was closed up & locked.
