We had a great stay at Park Regis North Quay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for our needs. I’d especially like to mention the lady at the reception—she was incredibly helpful. When I noticed there was a pool and went to check it out, I couldn’t open the door latch. I gave her a call, and she kindly checked whether the door was locked and even came up in person to show me how to open it. Really appreciated her assistance! Although we didn’t end up using the pool as it wasn’t heated and the evening was a bit chilly, the service we received was excellent. Thank you for the hospitality!
it would be great if more affordable parking options were available for guests, as the current rates are quite high. Also, it would be nice if the pool were heated, especially for guests staying during the cooler months.

We had an absolutely fantastic view from our room, and right behind the hotel is Roma station, so it was easy to get around. The was a large lounge and chaise, nice table, I didn't use it, but I was surprised to see a stereo, and a fullsize fridge! The room was spacious and comfortable, and two TVs, one in the lounge, one in the bedroom. I had a little trouble with the pre-checkin procedures, but Nell was very responsive and patient in helping me resolve my problems and check in successfully in advance, which meant things went very smoothly and quickly on arrival.
The window in the bathroom couldn't be completely closed, and also had a vent at the top of it allowing the hot outside air in. The bathroom door also wasn't sealed to zone it off from the rest of the room which just meant the cooling needs to work harder. For me, being someome more comfortable in cooler temperatures, Brisbane is obviously going to be a struggle anyway, but I felt the cooling in the lounge area and the sleeping areas never really got the room cool enough for my comfort - I don't think it was a reverse cycle split system that was in place, the bedroom unit was a bit of white noise while sleeping, it would have been nicer with a modern, quiet, and efficient heat pump I think.

The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. And it was lovely to look out over the City,
The receptionist I met in the morning was not very friendly, no smile, no warm greeting, very stand offish. *The receptionist at actual check in was entirely different, friendly smiling and nothing was too much trouble. I definitely do not like the fact that you take $100 off my CC and keep. I realise you need some surety in case of damage however surely if you have the CC details that is enough. The afternoon receptionist did explain that my small purchases from the drink and lolly supply would be taken off that amount however I still am not happy with that option.

Took the wife and 15 yr old daughter as a treat to watch Riverfire. The view was absolutely amazing, you can see from suncorp stadium on the right, and all the way past southbank on your left, close enough to walk to everything,, we walked over to southbank friday, and Queen street mall on Saturday, wife and daughter were blown away by the view, worth every penny spent, truly amazing view, Thank you Park Regis for the great stay, did i say how amazing the view was
Couldnt find anything we didn't like, we wanted a comfortable, clean place with a amazing views for Riverfire, and we got it.... A+

The staff were nice and friendly. The staff at the restaurant attached were I had breakfast were amazing. They catered for my no gluten every day. The rooms were nice and big and provided all the facilities you could need.
I didn’t like that the bed was 2 beds pushed together as made it uncomfortable in the middle to sleep on, would have preferred an actual king/ queen bed. The step up to the bathroom you have to watch for I tripped a couple of times and I could not figure out how to use the microwave.

Location , room views , bed was super comfortable .
Sauna and pool not being open . I booked booking your hotel based on these facilities . I would have liked to have been offered something complimentary but it was not offered . The lady at reception did not tell me they were closed when I checked in . I went to my room and then to the pool to find out it was out of order . The bathroom was also very dangerous after a shower as the floor got so wet and there was no bath matts . Also the light in the bathroom was way too low .

Terrific view from the apartment. Excellent buiding position. Great TV facilities (WIFI, YouTube, Netflix) Very confortable furniture (bed, couch, etc) Very efficient air aconditioning system The reception staff was very friendly and charming.
Sense of urgency of the maintenance staff and the room cleaning staff: At our arrival the washbassin was plugged and we had to request five times to the reception staff to send somebody to unplug it !! It was finally done...... We were two guests in the appartment but we had just one hand towel available. We requested a second towel to the cleaning lady three times ! We finally got it.

staff member was very friendly and helpful
One of the main things I look at when booking in brisbane is carparking. The advert on booking.com says carparking. However, when going dealing with the venue it was explained that this was a separate charge $32 and based on availability on the day. This is very misleading when initially booking and as the booking couldn't be cancelled I couldn't look at alternative options. A simple fix would to put on your website- Carparking available at extra cost

The hotel is in a great location and close to Roma st station which was the deciding factor. We were upgraded which was brilliant and the kitchenette was great. The bathroom window opened, great for ventilation. The refurbished bathroom was nice too. The beds and pillows were very comfy including the pull out sofa!
The website said there was a restaurant on site, there was not. Information should be given to guests where the nearest grocery and eating places are, especially those arriving on public holidays. The TV in the bedroom did not work. There was no alternative to air conditioning and when increased above 20 degrees it stopped working. No frying pan.
