Gorgeous design and love to details. Rooms well thought of; cool astethique and very friendly restaurant staff. Apart from checkin, we enjoyed our stay.

Checkin was not good, nobody on the ground floor to help with heavy luggage; no sign or indication what to do with heavy bags. We ended up hoisting them to the first floor ourselves. When informing reception about this during checkin, I just got a shrug and the argument "they keep their staff on the first floor". Poorly handled by that staff member. That was not a five star welcome at all. My second issue would be that the bar and restaurant food was a bit bland, especially the poke bowl or bento box. Salad with no dressing and just plain white rice is just boring...

Lovely staff. Spotlessly clean, well kept, perfectly located. Breakfast offering excellent. Local fair priced care parking. We’ve stayed before and will consider staying again - only disappointment this time was as below.

If staying in a room with more than 2 people where breakfast included in the rate, check how many people it covers. Room was booked for 4 people from the outset (2 queen beds - us and two of our kids). We arrived at breakfast to be told the rate only included breakfast for 2, not 4 was booked which led to more expense.

The staff. I was blown away by your reception team as well as room service. Just really likeable friendly people. Made me feel at home and kinda honestly made it more special for me. Room service really stepped up. Couldn't get a seat at the restaurant (probably could have been made aware I'd need too book), however I was happy with the room service enough it didn't negatively impact my overall opinion.

Not being able to try the restaurant was a massive downer. Also my air conditioner fan was broken I think and really loud. I fell asleep with it on and another guest woke me up to make a complaint. I figured out how to turn it off, but it was already on when I first got there and I wasn't going to make a fuss of it. I didn't enjoy my view of the city either. It was an ugly building and felt a little let down for the money I paid.

Despite getting there super late, I loved the room and wish we could have extended, the upgrade to the 1 bed king suite with balcony or whatever the room is called. Loved the bathroom, wir, it was all amazing, couod have more greenery on balcony.

I wish it was easier to go down to breakfast buffet, and serve ourselves a selection from all the varieties and have brought up or let us take up ourselves. Another quirky high end hotel nearby in Fortitude Valley let us load takeaway containers every morning and take them up. Takes the pressure off being ready for breakfast to eat out in restaurant rather comfort of room in bath robe!

I’ve stayed here twice now for work and it’s a great little hotel for short stays and single person stays. The rooms are compact but comfortable and the breakfast is a solid start to the day. Cody at the front desk was amazing - super helpful and friendly which made a big difference. One small letdown was finding out that the restaurant credit didn’t apply to room service, even though it’s from the same place and a staff member confirmed it did. But overall it’s a cute, convenient spot with decent food and great service.

The staff are really welcoming and easy to talk to and they make you feel relaxed and served. The room has got everything you need in it and its worth value for money. The location is convenient to public amenities, shops and transport system. If you are looking for a perfectly relaxed place to wind down during business and holiday trip, I would recommend Hotel Indigo Brisbane City Centre as your first choice.

The only thing that I would recommend is to make it better is ensure wifi is working properly as that was the only thing that I had problem with when trying connecting to with my mobile phone.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Room was comfortable enough with all the amenities you may need. The gym is fairly well equipped, but could become limiting if you have a elaborate regime. Well located close to south Bank so easy to get out for a run when you feel like it. Had a very good stay.

I was travelling for work so i found the workspace / desk in the room to be a little silly and not really accommodating to someone who needs to work at a laptop. The staff also neglected to send me my invoice, after asking specifically for it, and i needed to follow up a second and third time via email.

Great room, spacious bed. good use of space to create different zones. The room was stylish. The location was convenient for us. We tried the room service and ate at the restaurants - both fantastic and would recommend.

The carpet hadn't been hoovered and there were croissant like crumbs over the floor - we could have said something and sure it would have been dealt with, but it wasn't worth it for one night. The toilet door also doesn't fully close - there's a gap. Intimate if you're sharing with your partner.

Location was convenient to everything at your door step. Walk across the street to 7/11 late night snacks. Walk 10mins for any meal of your choice pasta, Chinese, surf n turf. The Casino is maybe 5mins. The breakfast was my favorite. I enjoy a big English breakfast. Unbelievable the variety and choices. Staff were extremely professional and friendly. First class treatment throughout our whole stay.

A well stocked late night/after hours room service menu. Understand it could be a little tricky considering it probably is a full Hotel with everyone ordering room service. We did take into consideration how busy it may have been for staff and walked across the street to 7/11 for snacks. We couldn't get through via room service for spa treatment, had tried a few times to no avail. Wished we booked ahead of time, but we know now.

It was clean and comfortable.

The confusion that generated when I booked the room through Booking.com and the hotel. I got a call from the hotel hours after my booking saying that they could not accomodate my son as I have booked a standar room. However, during my booking I have always put him as the extra person. Same happened the next morning when we went to have breakfast (paid) as it was only declared for 2 people. The hotel staff fixed the issues at the end but did not really understand the miscommunication.
