Specious and beautiful studio apartment. Having a pod coffee machine was an added bonus. The curtains were great black out ones, the bed was huge and super comfortable with plenty of pillows to choose from. There was no real view from my room, but that didn't matter as the location is amazing. A few minutes walk from the new pedestrian bridge to get across to Southbank. The room was very quiet, except, when there was some kind of live music performance somewhere nearby. After check out, the super helpful staff kept my luggage so I was free to enjoy the rest of my day shopping nearby. I'll definitely stay there again if I'm back in Brisbane.

We booked Adina Apartment Hotel for an outstanding price for the 4 nights. It sits in a good Location, there are some great choices for food and drinks in the immediate area. The apartment itself was clean, beds comfortable, fabulous pillows. Kitchenette was equipped ok.... Complimentary water would be nice. First Hotel in many years that hasn't supplied any. Found it odd but no big deal, as there are plenty of shops just meters away. The bathroom is well appointed with a lovely shower but not much exhaust happening. The water pressure is just a pass mark. The lifts are good, The Hotels Cafe is fantastic. We didn't try the Restaurant. Lastly, we had a wonderful view from our room.

Loved everything about this hotel. Unique, sophisticated, eclectic, stylish Perfect location A place where you can enjoy your stay indoors and out. No other like this. Beautifully furnished and captures an era of style. Will make this my choice when in Brisbane

Only critique cleaning 1st day - part clean - bed missed. Hard to miss that. Room not opened and cleaning completed Another day rubbish not removed plus minor replacements (Not major to stay, but important for hotel - check-list for cleaning & attention by staff). Personal preference for individual toiletries. Not keen on using same as multiple guests - better hygiene and safety on individual supplies. Will bring own next stay! Limited parking. First in basis. Parking close by, but not as convenient and can be costly. Having said that, the hotel makes up for this and would not choose elsewhere on parking.

This hotel is so beautiful and elegant! Check in was quick and the staff are so lovely and attentive. The apartment was huge and amazing! Very clean With high ceilings and lush products, it had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable beds too and my friend had a coffee from the cafe on site and said it was probably the best coffee she's ever had. Also really good location, 2 train stations in walking distance and soo many good restaurants on the same street! The hotel was having issues with key cards due to a system problem so the staff had to physically take us up to our rooms all hours of the day and night, although we felt so bad they were always so lovely & accommodating. Please do not listen to any negative reviews about this minor issue over the wknd as some guests can just be miserable. Highly recommend!!!

Not staying long enough :(

We liked the friendly team and the ability to leave our bags before and after checking in and out. It helped free up our hands for shopping. The room was spacious and clean with a lovely view. The bathroom was huge with an amazing walk in shower. The location was perfect and the coffee served in the cafe was spot on.

Our room wasn't available until 3pm. It's not a big thing but we had a big day of travel and were really looking forward to a shower. The pool wasn't really an outdoor pool. When it is surrounded by 4 walls that are sky high it should really say enclosed pool. You certainly can't lay in the sun beside the pool.

Lovely high ceilings in the room, building has great character/history, very clean, quiet, central position. We loved the bathroom & the products for use are wonderful. Great there’s big containers of body/hair products rather than waste generation small bottles.

My friend fell down the three steep stairs that descend from the landing at the entry door. Luckily the bed broke her fall but she did badly wrench her leg & hip & is still badly limping. She just didn’t see them as she was looking into the room & the landing is quite a compact space. She said with the dark marble & carpet it made the stairs less visible for her. I think it is advisable to warn people there’s stairs close to the studio entrance. Forewarned would mean people are aware there’s a potential fall hazard.

Fantastic location, we could walk to everything easily. The cheese and crackers you can order for your room were very good, I totally rate those. Beds were comfy, variety of pillow types to pick from, the extra bed was good quality, aircon worked very well. Bathtub filled quickly, hot water did not run out. Toiletries supplied. We didn’t use the pool as we went to the ones at Southbank but it looked great and was never too busy.

The only negative which was mild was that the ensuite bathroom had a smell, it disappeared after using the shower for a while, so we just ran the shower on occasion to purge it.

The location was fantastic. Close to Queen St Mall and surrounding shopping district with plenty of restaurants and pubs to visit. It is directly across the river from QPAC and we walked over the pedestrian bridge to see a show. It took less than 10 minutes. Also very close to one of the city cat(river ferry) terminals. We caught one of these to visit Felons Brewery. The ferry ride was about 20 minutes and only cost 50c. We were amazed. We had a river view room and the view was stunning. The room itself was very comfortable a quite spacious. The bed was also comfortable.

It was particularly hot while we were there(around 38 degrees). Our air conditioner would would not go below 24 degrees. Also, the pool was out of service during our stay which was very disappointing especially due to the weather conditions. We were not notified of this at the time of booking.

We had breakfast from a handy and efficient little coffee shop right in the foyer. We were lucky enough to score a room (508) with a great view across the park and river to Southbank. The room was very quiet and the location of the hotel couldn't be better. There are many good, cheap (mostly Asian food options very near. The ferry terminal is within 300 metres and gives access to the excellent facilities and venues along the river.

I'm not sure if it is owned by the Adina, but the Japanese restaurant in the basement (Boom Boom Room) should be avoided. It is grossly over-priced and the "doof-doof" music belting out from the speakers was painful. Asking for them to turn it down was met with a blunt refusal. I had to yell to make myself heard. Ridiculous!

Check in was very easy and reception staff member was very helpful and friendly. I used the online express check out process which was very easy and convenient.

I paid for a balcony room. The balcony was not covered so useless in wet/hot weather. The balcony was extremely close and level with the balcony of the neighbouring building, no privacy when having a conversation (the neighbours were on their balcony most of the time we were in the room). I wouldn’t bother paying for a balcony. I received a text from Adina at 7am Sunday morning to remind me of the check out options. This woke everyone. 7am is unreasonably early to receive a reminder on a Sunday when you offer an 11am check out time! Perhaps send the text at 10am for 11am check out.
