Joshua at the front desk is so accommodating, the Quest surely hired the right staff 😊 very polite and happy to take on the day , we love that energy, and in my opinion that is where the experience starts. The room was made early so we were able to check in early which was good because we travelled from Sydney on an early flight 😊 our 2 BDRM suite had a massive balcony which not only made it easier to breathe, but the view was also beautiful. There were enough amenities to last us a whole week. We stayed 4 days, and didn't want to leave, they have everything. Pool is heated😍

Nothing at all, everything was awesome

A spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment right in the centre of Brisbane. It met all our expectations

Arranging to check in after hours was a complicated process, with many msgs backwards and forwards, and contradictory information. They don't make it easy for the customer. We seriously considered cancelling and going elsewhere even at short notice

We booked the Quest 3 bedroom apartment for wedding preparations. The apartment was big enough for the five of us and spacious enough for the makeup artist and hairdresser to get us ready. The spacious balcony was great and although it was fairly noisy with the surrounding apartments and work being carried out on the cross-river rail, the partial views of the river and the Story Bridge were lovely, and with the balcony doors closed it was pretty sound proof.

I've only given this property 9 stars because there was the smell coming from the garbage shute which was located right beside the apartment. The smell was so bad you could smell it as soon as you came out of the lift. It might be worth putting some kind of deodoriser in there. The other thing is that the air conditioning unit was quite noisy.

Great location and spacious apartment

The lift was dangerous, closing onto a person and not opening on the mobility scooter got leg cut when the door shut on him, and he struggled to get off to press the door open button Broken shelves in master room, towel rack falling off in 2nd bathroom ould on ceiling above kitchen Dead gecko next.to coich and wall

Our room was located on the 2nd floor accessible via the garage which we thought odd at first, but it proved to be a wonderful quiet location with only one other room next to us and positioned perfectly above the street for watching all the activity. The room was very well equipped, bed comfortable with additional pillows & blankets provided if needed.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom

location was great, the Room was a bit small as I asked for an executive 2 bedroom apartment. We stayed in the city as it was a special occassion. the bed was comfortable but when I pulled off the sheets as I always do to help the topper was stained along with the pillow. I always take my own pillow

It was a bit small as I booked an executive suite. It was for a special occasion as I have a health condition. Also there was not Foxtel which was very disappointing

The location is amazing. Close to everything walking distance to South Bank and the Casino and ferries.

The shower heads need replacing, there was a sewer smell in the bathrooms. The second bedroom was too small for two single beds.

Loved everything as always, we have stayed every year for NRL Magic round.

-Apartment did not have a broom! - have not been offered a discount being returning customers each year.

The location is great and walking distance to the mall, groceries, pub and river. The apartment was spacious and fits a family of four with plenty of room to relax including two balconies. the price was reasonable too.

We were lucky to get a room on the 16th floor but other family members were on the lower level on level 4 and had to walk through a hot, smelly carpark to get to their room which felt a little unsafe and there was 24hour construction next door so they did get very good sleep because of the non stop drilling.

My last hotel experience was not very good to be honest, so I was hoping this one would be ok. It was such an easy trip and the hotel was so nice and good value for money. Thankyou for exceeding my expectations.
