The location was super convenient, everything was close by. The place was really clean, which I appreciated a lot. And the bed—so comfy!

Check-in was a bit frustrating. I was asked to make a deposit that wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the Booking.com info. I had to show the staff twice, and instead of taking responsibility, they blamed Booking.com for not informing guests. I’ve been using Booking.com for years and always found the info accurate, so it was disappointing to feel like they didn’t trust what I was saying. The situation could’ve been handled way better.

Returned to Brisbane for the first time in 26 years, and what a fantastic experience. The city is a vibrant, welcoming place, and staying at Capri made it even better. We travelled from Brisbane International Airport by Uber, which was quick and easy. The hotel has a 24-hour reception with friendly, informative staff who made check-in a breeze. Our room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable with great air-conditioning – perfect after a long flight. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a lovely swimming pool and sauna. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat: just a short walk to the City Botanic Gardens and close to shops, restaurants, and bars. There’s even a mini-mart and bottle shop right across the road. Communication with the staff and manager was second to none — truly exceptional service. Would love the opportunity to return. Many thanks.

It was amazing. I wasn't feeling very well when I arrived and I had asked to check-in early. Rebekah at the front desk was able to accommodate me and upgrade my room so that was really nice. They had a sauna, a steam room, a pool, gym and FREE laundry facilities (even laundry detergent!) The rooms were very big and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had to stay one more night because I got really really sick and couldn't travel, and Yuni(? Yuna?) from the front desk was able to help me extend one more night and also was able to keep the same room. Location was also very central. Overall, I had an amazing stay, even though I wasn't able to explore that much. But when I do come back, I will definitely stay here again.

I think there was a miscommunication when I extended one more night so when I was taking a shower, housekeeping entered my room to clean (even if I had do not disturb). Also one of the front desk people knocked on the door at 1pm asking if I was going to check-out, and had to explain to him that I paid for an extension. Otherwise, these didn't bother me.

The staff were amazing! My partner and I were having a belated Valentine’s Day as we had missed it due to conflicting work schedules. Capri by Fraser gifted us a bottle of champagne to celebrate and a room with a beautiful view! When our stay was suddenly cut short due to an unavoidable change in plans, the hotel was amazing at helping my partner and I through changing our check out date and assisting us with a refund for the night we were unable to stay. The communication and support was exceptional and we felt incredible well looked after. We were devastated that we had to leave early but our experience at this property will make it our first booking choice when we are next back in Brisbane!

The automatic blinds in our room didn’t close all the way so the room was a bit bright at times.

Great location, amazing inside pool and gym, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Loved the extras such as pod coffee machine, Capri conditioner and moisturizer. Large Tv in rooms, free internet.

I felt price was just a little over priced. Particularly with all the construction work happening near our room and not much of a view. The construction work actually woke us early in the morning, on a Saturday and work was happening into the night on Friday night.Perhaps, however, it is the average price for inner city, close to everything hotels. I've been lucky to pay less, however, for nice hotels in the area. They were in Southbank which I personally preferred.The showers in pool area were too hot to use, but when mentioning this the lovely receptionist was onto it straight away.

Location, lifts were fast, fantastic gym facilities, room was a great size, very well presented, bed was comfortable, bathroom was great with very nice shampoo/body wash etc supplied - and face cloths! 🙌🏽🙌🏽and the shower was 10/10.

Lacked one item in the bathroom like a shower cap and perhaps just a couple of complimentary bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice touch. Major issue was paying for the room then being asked to pay an additional $200 bond - sorry but we’re professional adults and we will not be doing that. When we said no we were advised if we completed the self checkin we wouldn’t have to pay a bond. The staff on reception conducted themselves professionally when my husband did the checkin.

Great location with parking. We were going to the Lyric theatre for a show and it was a 15 minute walk away. Also close to restaurants and the Queen Street Mall. The accommodation had everything we needed. Even a little kitchenette. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean. Good amount of space. There was even a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Also the desk had a mirror so you could sit and do make-up if you wanted. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. If I was going to be picky. The room had a funky smell that I noticed..not bad but noticeable. I think it was the air freshener they use.

This hotel was located right in the Brisbane CBD and walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. Just a few blocks from the Queen Street Mall, or to the casino, or to the botanical gardens. The room was equipped with a kitchenette with fridge and pod coffee machine (including a selection of pods). The bed and pillows was so comfortable (probably the best bed I have ever slept in in a hotel) and the bath towels were big and fluffy. I would highly recommend staying here and would do so again if ever in Brisbane.

The pool temperature was a little cool for my liking. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the shower appeared to have been diluted, as they were very watery.

I'm only commenting because the standard has dropped since last visit, meaning my expectations were higher. My room was not as clean this time and was lacking teaspoons, a tea cup and robes. I requested robes from front desk but they were not delivered. Later I went to the desk and was given a pair. I requested spoons and tea cup from housekeeping staff in the hallway but they were also not delivered.

Size of the room and cleanliness. Very comfortable pillows. The proximity to the city, including the new casino and the walking bridge across the river to Southbank. The flexibility shown by the staff to give me a bit more time to check out without incurring extra charges.

The mattress was a bit saggy but this wasn't a deal breaker. The location is near construction of the Cross River Rail and construction noise can be a bit annoying but the hotel has no control over this and it will be temporary.
