Awesome location, staff are always excellent

Our room was on level 79 and our aircon was not very cold. We have stayed before on a lower level and had no issues with the aircon. The aircon in the foyer was very cool but for some reason our room was always too warm, even when reset to 19 degrees. Being summer, it made us quite uncomfortable at night. Also, for a luxury establishment I really think your beds should be king size, or at least one of them in a 2brm apartment

Got an Amazing apartment at the 79th floor! Stunning view! Apartment was spotless. Bathrooms were modern! Great staff! Perfect location close to Botanical gardens and CBD Parking is also convenient! We'll be back

1 Bedroom apartment on floor 62 , the living area was very spacious, it’s a great location and the reception staff were lovely .

The bedroom barely fit the double bed and the bathroom was very small

A very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Extensive amount of storage. Full kitchen with Gaggenau appliances and a built in laundry area with a Bosch combined washing machine and dryer. Spacious lounge area with full height windows to lounge and both bedrooms. Views over all the other buildings to Brisbane river. Our outlook had views to South Bank QPAC, Museum, Parklands and looking out over several road, rail and pedestrian bridges. Views out to Roma St train station, Mount Coot-tha and mountain ranges to Mount Glorious and heading down to Mount Tambourine. The building had a well equipped gym and a roof top pool, barbecue and relaxing outdoor area on level 90.

The only disappointing thing we had with our unit was issues with the combined washing machine dryer. It obviously needed a service or repair as it could wash the clothes well but the drying options were not effective. We did let reception know and they were planning to send a repair person (the person did not come during our stay) and they provided a clothes airer that dried the washing much quicker than using the so called drying options on the machine. Like most places you stay the internet was a little slow and struggled with streaming movies.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff—especially Rav. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. His professionalism and warm attitude really stood out and made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Fantastic location — easy walking distance to a great selection of restaurants, cafes, the ferry terminal, and scenic walk/bike pathways along the Brisbane River to Riverfront, Southbank & Kangaroo Point. We stayed in a spacious 1-bedroom apartment on Level 45, which had a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and offered stunning city and river views from both the lounge and bedroom.

Feedback on the bed and pool: I was disappointed that two single beds were joined to make a double/queen bed. Unfortunately, this setup wasn’t comfortable—there was noticeable sagging and a gap between the mattresses, which made it difficult for us as a couple to sleep together comfortably. Additionally, the Level 66 pool was not in operation during our stay, which was disappointing as it was one of the advertised features. Even when functioning, it seems quite small to adequately accommodate the number of guests staying at the property.

Location is excellent. The space in the room is very big. The view from 82nd floor was superb. Beds are so comfortable. Has kitchen & Laundry inside the room. This is the second time we stay here and this time we stayed in the executive suite 2BR2Bathrooms. The gym is very good compared to the regular suite. We love it. We think we will come back again in the future for sure.

Only thing that bothered us is the poor wifi connection. Eventhough we contact the maintenance by whatsapp but nobody came to fix it. So we use our own connection from the mobile network instead.

Stayed for about a week and half. Had some hiccups along the way and management was able to address everything I brought up. Biggest one being a broken door latch that trapped me in my room but the building got a lock smith there quickly and got things fixed in a reasonable time. The WiFi was a bit spotty, kept dropping on my computer and the way you have to provide details and accept the terms made connecting their own TV to wifi pretty difficult, but I am tech savvy and figured out a way. The location is great, staff is great, the public spaces on the building are very nice, and would definitely stay again.

Some gnats in the room, some of the lights flickered, a door latch broke, the wifi could have been easier to use, and the main bedroom was kind of stuffy. All issues I brought up were addressed quickly.

The location was convenient for me as it was close to my place of work, within walking distance, and of course the views were outstanding. A walk through the Botanical Gardens is always a lovely way to start the day. Easy to get around and great food stores within close proximity.

I wasn't able to get a good night sleep as my bed was lumpy/felt like the bed was broken or worn out. The tv reception kept cutting out. The gym facility wasn't up to any standard, so I couldn't really exercise.

Plenty of space and the room is very clean even the carpet floor. Have in-room washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped. Location is superb. Very convenient as it is close to city center, bus stations, restaurants, shopping streets and supermarkets. Very nice view. Very close to city botanical garden and kangaroo point bridge. I went jogging couple of times. Very good chinese restaurant downstairs. We went four times there. Overall, it is really worth the price. We will stay here again in July.

No room cleaning if staying less than 7 days. They will add the charge if requested. Internet signal works well only the non busy time (morning till afternoon). Since room is in 58th floor, we can't open the window. Gym and swimming pool are tiny. Unadequate equipment. Should improve to get 100% satisfaction.
