Absolutely everything. Clean, well maintained room. Bonus with a games room downstairs with old school games. Reception were lovely and easy going.

Bed was on rollers, so it came out of the wall. Plus it was 2 singles that had the seam down the middle which made it a bit hard. One of the plates in the kitchen had baked food on it. It was cleaned, but not scrubbed. Washing machine needs to be cleaned properly as you can smell it when you 1st walk in. Needs the rubber cleaned and to be left open to air.

Location was excellent. Handy to train and bus services. Walk to Restaurants.

The studio apartment was a bit small. Would have liked bigger windows to see out. The toilet seat needed adjusting to stay in place. A drip tray beneath the drainer would be good as needed to constantly mop up water from the bench top to stop it dribbling off the edge. Car park full sign was left out even when there were spots available. Had to park on the street some nights even though there were spots available.

Very well presented one bedroom apartment with everything we needed for our stay (3 nights)- kitchen fully equipped, washer, dryer. Only about 20 minutes from the airport and 10-15 from the aquatic centre at Chandler which was the reason for our stay. 2 min drive to a great IGA and coffee club and also a great little restaurant- Cannon Hill Tavern- an Italian bistro which served amazing meals reasonably priced. Under cover parking was very good to have.

Aircon in bedroom was set to a cycle and kept turning off which interrupted sleep a bit- would be great to be able to change the cycle but we couldn’t manage to. I couldn’t find a clothes airer for clothes not able to go into dryer

We are yet to have the breakfast but we will be trying it before we leave. This place is so homely, with the hotel staff making our stay as comfortable as possible, being on call at any time. Thank you and we appreciate the time we have already spent here. Everyone has made us feel extremely welcomed.

I have not a bad word to say about Quest at Cannon Hill, there were no signs for any bins in the car park or outside. I found myself walking outside with my rubbish and using another bin in the street or taking it away from the facility.

Location was great for our stay. Close to a variety of food venues. (IGA, Coffee Club and Taven etc just down the road.) Loved that the room was freshened up everyday. Staff were great and friendly.

The one thing that was frustrating for us was the parking situation. I think in the 9 nights we stayed we parked undercover 2 nights. It didn't seem to matter what time we came back it was full even at 4pm.

Courtney provided excellent service on our arrival and even offered to make us a coffee Xmas morning. The text received Xmas Eve advising of opening hours for Xmas day kept us well informed and the bag of chocolates hanging on our door Xmas Eve for Xmas day was a lovely gesture. She definitely went the extra mile with customer service. Thank you!

I had a presentation to work on, my room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It is close to where I needed to be, but may be not close to all Brisbane attractions. Staff generally very helpful, supplied breakfast, were friendly

milk placed in fridge daily, especially when empty boxes left out on bench!! Confusion re contacting taxi, and it wasn't ordered at requested time. Nevertheless they got onto it, and all good.

We stayed for a wedding being held close by. Great spot, restaurants, Cafe and shopping centre all within walking distance.

Our room was very spacious and just like the photos. However, our brother stayed in the same room type but was a different layout and definitely not as big as ours. Nothing wrong with either room, if you want the extra space, though, definitely request the larger room option.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Louise is an absolute pleasure to deal with nothing is a problem. We also loved being able to have our grandchildren stay overnight. I find being close to cafes the IGA the mall an easy walk is great 👍. Thank 😊 you for having us we will be back.

The lack of fresh air and road noise from being on the main road. Could there also be a clothes drying rack put into rooms so the drier doesn’t always need to be used.
