I booked this room at very short notice for my brother and sister-in-law who had to overnight in Brisbane due to a missed flight connection. There were no rooms available at the airport hotels and the Colmslie hotel had the best price at short notice and was reasonably close to the airport. My family reported that the staff were very pleasant. They loved the comfortable bed and slept very well after a trying day. The Colmslie hotel had a dining room and also easy close access to supermarkets. In summary, good price, handy location, good choice of shops and facilities nearby. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Love the convenience of the hotel to the accommodation. Also great location to the shops nearby in walking distance.

The only issue we have when we stay at the Colmslie is the washing machine and dryer. We generally stay at the Colmslie for sport so need the washing machine and dryer for uniforms. If there were a couple of washing machines and dryers for easier access that would be good. I have had to either wait or keep coming down in the lift to wait until they are finished with.

Breaky was spot on just what I needed, I had the bacon & eggs sunny side up asked for crispy bacon it was perfect with a takeaway cappuccino, service was perfect. I also had dinner at the same restaurant.

Nothing comes to mind, I have stayed here multiple times and do so because its in a great location also staff are very helpful, this time I forgot my blazer hanging up in the robe complete idiot. The reception rang me to notify me I was driving so they left a message with details on options on how the could return my jacket, I called them back once I had pulled over and also noticed I was missing my right ear pod so when I called I mentioned it and yes they had it also unheard of service these days my daughter picked up my items 3 days latter no problems all all. I will stay again when in Brisbane.

Spacious room - modern & clean - big clean and comfy bed - coffee pod machine and milk in the fridge - convenient covered car park. Location suited us nicely and although we didn’t use the restaurant facilities it was good to know they were nearby.

I don’t mind showing my licence at checkin to confirm identity but I wasn’t happy about my driver’s licence being scanned. I’ve never needed to do this at any hotel before - a swipe of my credit card has always been adequate. I asked the lady at reception to delete the scan at checkout. How do I know if she did? Lovely artwork throughout the hotel. Superb comfortable king size bed, one of the best I have slept in. Very spacious room. Large secure car park (free parking). We arrived after midnight, due to a late flight, and all staff (security staff in the car park who guided us to the correct entrance and reception staff) were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely to have a coffee machine with coffee pods in the room for our early wake up. Breakfast was great but service not. Probably our fault as we got confused by the time difference and arrived late. However it is a lovely hotel and for a weekend in Brisbane or if you need to stay in that area for any reason it is a great choice. There is a lively sports bar/restaurant downstairs or many choices and great coffee shops within a short walk.

My only criticism is the hotel is advertised as an "airport hotel" on Booking.com however we found it to be quite a distance from the airport. We used our GPS and it took over 20 mins which seemed further on a rainy night after a long overseas flight.

Location was very good - close to the airport and the city. Shops were in the same complex. Staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. One lady stayed back late to let me check in after a delayed flight and another arranged a cab the next morning for me. Facilities were clean, working and spacious.

The shower had some small stains on the tiles. Noticeable but minor.

We booked two rooms and the staff confirmed my request to have them next to each other as we were travelling as a family which was very much appreciated. Loved the rooms, location and convenience. Will definitely be happy to stay here again with my family.

Just wish there was a toaster in the room as that’s the only thing my son (who doesn’t like noisy crowds of people so it’s easier to have breakfast in our room) will have for breakfast so I had to pay $6.50 to have two pieces of toast with Vegemite delivered to the room and pay an extra $7.50 for room service tray.

Room was fantastic and hotel restaurant and bars were great.location was just near our sons and partners new home so we will be back

The room didn’t have Fox or streaming option and nor did the hotel bar area so we couldn’t watch our AFL team play on Saturday with a group of friends so had to go to pineapple hotel instead 🤨

Location is fantastic, restaurant is great. Price is very good and service was more than satisfactory. Reception was extremely helpful and made sure my requests were fulfilled when possible. Room service was great, loved the food and cocktails I ordered. Glad there was a little fridge. Will be back again.

Bed had a stain on the sheets, floor was a bit gross. Only sink was the bathroom sink, so it was hard to wash our cups to use them for anything. TV remote was shocking, TV options left a lot to be desired

The staff were very friendly helpful & welcoming on arrival & during stay. Location was great for us as the accommodation was within short distance to visiting our family for the holiday season the accommodation is also a short drive to the city if you wanted to go to the city. Supermarkets were within walking distance if you needed to get anything. It has a restaurant on premises which was very nice if you like to eat out but didn't want to drive anywhere to do that also there is a pub if that is your thing but wasn't my thing.

A bit over priced but it was the Christmas season so understandable I guess. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but otherwise everything was excellent at this accommodation.
