The space had every functional amenity, and they all worked well. Wi-Fi worked well for me, but my partner had a hard time connecting on his phone (might have to do with it being from out of AU???). The rooms are very spacious. Staff was kind, and instructions were easy to follow.

There's a mix of sterile and warm lighting, depends on the room. There are no screens on the windows, and although we didn't have problems with bugs, I was a little concerned when we opened the windows. The place is outdated as some people say, BUT because the facilities worked well, I kind of loved the vintage vibe.

I’m genuinely surprised why people give such low reviews to this place. I came with very low expectations and they surprised me more than any 5 star hotel ever did. The room was big, comfortable and very clean. It even had an iron and a board. Check in process was very quick and smooth, lovely reception team member explained me everything about early check out as well. Team was also very helpful with possible late check out. Tv in the room has plenty of channels to choose from. The fridge had bottled water and milk and plenty of coffee/tea was in the room as well. When people pay as little as 140-150 dollars for night, they should not expect a resort experience, but appreciate cleanliness and the effort of the team.

It was absolutely amazing value for money I paid! If there were minor issues, it never affected my stay and was covered fully by a great team.

Good size room high ceilings shower pressure was great lots of tea and coffee provided. Checking and checkout was easy. Would recommend and stay there again.

There was only one thing I didn’t like, which was that when I went out the Emergency exit which was close to my room to get something out of my car, there was a hose running along the bottom of the outside of the Emergency door which I tripped over. Probably not ideal in an emergency & likely a health and safety issue.

We arrived at 12.30 am so were very happly to find a large, very comfortable room with a huge comfortable bed and great bathroom. The room was very quite too which helped with our sleeping in. We were given an extended checkout time of 2 hours, without charge so we were very grateful to be able to sleep in. The room was so nice we wish wehad more time to enjoy it. There was also a small garden courtyard with chairs and a table, whcih was a special touch. We will definitely go back there again.

We stayed in apartment 5 which was at the rear of the building, which we appreciated since it was quiet. The apartment was spacious and suited our needs well.

It had one bedroom with a queen bed which could be closed with a normal bedroom door, and the other bedroom had two single beds but was right next to the living room and only had room divider doors, so it wasn't as dark and quiet as the other bedroom. The main bedroom had a very loud older style wall mounted air conditioner, but the living room had a better air conditioner, so the singles bedroom was colder. The water pressure in the shower was pretty poor.

Close to airport and city area. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Room is clean and tidy. The bed and pillow is comfy and we slept comfortably. The room is in good size and there's a complimentary drinks, water and hot drinks of choice upon entry.

The hand sink is just a little bit high. Lift is not working as it is being repaired but was informed to be operational soon.

Free parking, Easy access to the motel and car parks, nice bed, able to stream to the tv from our devices. The location suited us for access to the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal the next day. Excellent food choices in walking distance.

The tv seems to be on the wrong wall, at the end of the bed, whilst the lounge faces the opposite wall. Tv also could have been larger as there is plenty of room

We were put in a suite which was far larger than a normal hotel room. All the staff we encountered were happy and helpful they also showed respect.

The room was a little dated and could do with a few cosmetic upgrades - nothing involved just a bit of cleaning and a couple of minor replacements and this suite would be right up with the best

Very centrally located in Hamilton, a very short walk to the Hamilton Hotel for a great dinner. Room was very comfortable with a good size bathroom

The room had what I considered to be. The smallest refrigerator I have ever seen, I do prefer a larger one for my needs. We stayed in room 58 and the fan in the air conditioning was so noisy (even on the lowest speed) it kept us awake until I turned it off

Good location to airport & cruise terminal. Room was suitable for 1 night. close to Woolworths and alcohol outlets. Late check in was easy, albeit I was supplied with the wrong access code. Reception was gracious in supplying a photocopy of suitcase case label.

The lift was out of action which made carrying 4 x 23 kg suitcases up the stairs very difficult for seniors.
