We had a nice stay (couple) @ Pegasus, it's in a good location, close to city, airport, ferry terminal, club, small shopping centre with free secure undercover parking & long term parking available @ a reasonable daily rate. Manager is very friendly & helpful, facilities are good, rooms are clean, well appointed, beds are very comfortable with easy online 24hr check in/out & on-site restaurant is also available for breakfast, dinner & drinks.

We stayed one of our 3 nights in Rm 3 which is a very noisy room on the ground floor next to the front entry door & digital access panel with guests coming & going 24/7...my tip is stay in ground floor rooms 1 or 2 or one of the inside ground floor rooms which are much quieter.

This is a very well kept old motel in a highly desirable location. Easy to get to and around key areas. My room was large and clean.

I don't think the rooms (I assume all are the same) come with all the standard amenities. There is not even a small plate , not even in the common room. Presume they just want you to eat at the restaurant or go out. Which is not the point. There is also a poor decision made by placing a smoking area outside windows! I was very unlucky with this and my asthma didn't appreciate it. Stay away from rooms 9-13 is my advice.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews around, I was extremely worried, however I hadn’t received checkin instructions and messaged them on my way to hotel, and was done before I arrived, no problem getting into or out of the parking lot with a ford ranger. Straight up to the room and was clean tidy and very comfortable for one night, as smokers we thought we’d be left out in the back of the parking lot like many places however they have a nice area away from people so you can have a smoke in peace and not inconvenience others. Close to the airport and an easy 5 min drive over. Breakfast was also nice.

Location breakfast & dinner Pool washing machine & dryer was handy little stove & dishwasher. Plenty of room. Glad I didn’t have stairs with my heavy luggage

Not much really it was great except I didn’t know how to get into the sauna and thought one of the pools might have been heated but I didn’t end up swimming. The hairdryer in my room wasn’t working either. But of noise in early in the morning with people eating breakfast. But I was happy where I was. The pillows were uncomfortable.

The little restaurant near the pool , seemed very stressed and busy, too busy to take more orders , he was extremely under the pump, I ordered Uber, maybe there is an opportunity for Pegasus to make that a bigger kitchen and serving area, it’s not as if all the patio gets filled up, most have room service, then you’d have more space for more kitchen hand or cook for the busy times?

Clean, tidy grounds, good free parking, restaurant in the property, 2 nice swimming pools & excellent automated check in once you figured it all out.

Restaurant is open air & chilly. Fabulous area for warmer weather but we had an early breakfast & it was freezing outside. Automated check in took a bit to figure out but once you did figure it out, it was excellent. If you needed someone to ask questions it took a while to get a response but when we did, they were very helpful.

Large clean room. Very strong water pressure. Good security. Easy walk down to the riverside area with a myriad of dining and drinking restaurants and cafes. Also has a very impressive IGA. Good location at a good price.

The check in procedure is all done online. So when I arrived I had to stuff around a bit. It would have been better if I'd done the online checkin the day before rather than standing around fiddling on my mobile phone for half an hour.

Location was great, anytime check in was great. Pools were great.

No spas when sign advertises them. Sauna is not hot which is just crazy. Restaurant which serves breakfast, Has No Coffee!? This is beyond nutsical. To offer late check out is nice but $50 for 1 1/2 hours longer is such an Absolutely Pathetic Money Grab It Completely taints what would have been a lovely stay. You have to get rid of that rubbish it makes you look like Shit!

Very clean, great location and good value for money. Parking secure. Short walk to the Portside area. Good facilities in room and really good shower. Staff were helpful on the phone when I struggled to do the check in. Now we know, we are staying again later this month.

Doing the check in online to get the entry codes wasn't straightforward as I had to switch SIM cards in my mobile to do the one time passcode from my bank and get the SMS from the hotel.

Staff were very accommodating in putting me on the ground floor. Room was clean (Room 4)bed was comfortable with great pillows. Table and chairs, coffee and tea, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner supplied. Dinner available at on-site restaurant, which could also be delivered to room for orders over $19 and the menu was varied, and the chicken schnitzel was delicious!
