excellent help from staff and many thanks for the transfer to the bigger unit for the 3rd night. I hadn't realised how small the room was that I initially booked. It was adequate but felt very closed in. the outside little covered space at the back with table and chairs was a lovely private space to sit out in and Unit 9 was very comfortable. Easy to book a taxi. handiness to the train station directly across the road. relatively close to the Sports club for a meal. Nice pool area

there was a very musty smell in the wardrobe cupboard of the smaller room. Normally the information book is within viewing access but we didn't find it in the drawer straight away. Plane noise from the airport although we didn't notice any later in the night.

Staff were beyond helpful. Will definitely stay again when flying into/out of Brisbane. So handy having breakfast included. If you have young kids it's worth the little extra walk down the road to Hercules Park for the playground there. We also liked the restaurants down at Portside wharf. One morning we got the ferry from Brett's wharf into southbank (50mins) and then another day we got the train (30mins) opposite the hotel into the southbank. One evening we got a uber home from centre of city and that was $18. Really easy to get around on all methods of transport.

Very close to train station which was very convenient. Shopping Centre not that far away to get anything you may need. But it is just a room.

Location of the property

When it's booked for 3 people, at least have everything for 3 including toiletries 🤔

The staff went out of their way to help us with our requests. Even though we booked for 4 nights, we had to extend for the weekend for another 2 nights. But weekends were full and it was difficult to get another booking. But the staff arranged to get another room. And when there was a need for a refund, we were ready to 'sacrifice' the refund, but the staff didn't want us to lose our money. They helped us to get back the refund.

Maybe a variety in the choice of breakfast. But no complaints whatsoever.

The room was very comfortable and in an ideal location for us, a short walk to the bus stop and train station although no trains on Sundays and public holidays from this train line! It was great having a buffet continental breakfast included. We arrived early and our room was ready so we were able to access the room straight away which was great

Bathroom was a little dated and there was not a lot of pressure from the shower but this did not impact our stay and we would stay again

Good for an overnight transit stay in Brisbane. Breakfast included in our booking and was a simple but good help-yourself to tea, cereal and toast. Thankful we had a ground-floor room, as had a lot of luggage and no lifts. Room included a microwave and some basic (pay for) provisions, including instant noodles and a few beers in the fridge.

The nearby supermarket closes 6pm on Sundays (9pm other days), and didn't seem to be any nearby restaurants open on a Sunday evening. Reception closed when we arrived about 8pm; didn't receive a message with code for the lockbox for the room, but quickly sorted by free phone at reception.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Continental breakfast was included with good selection of food and drink. We arrived later than planned and reception was closed, but there were clear instructions on how to get our key and we had no problems. Good location. Would stay again.

The only thing i didn't like was the fact that we had to carry our luggage (heavy cases) up stairs to access our room, which could have been an issue if we had been elderly or less abled.

The staff from reception to the unit cleaners were friendly, polite, obliging and helpful. Such an advantage having the swimming pool. Train across the road, bus connection to the city cats, able to walk from Brett’s Wharf where there were shops and eateries. Also supermarket, food and drinks places 800m the other way. Had a shaded area outside for smokers so not smells in the units. Air conditioning and screens in the units. Quality washing machine and clothes drier plus clothes line. Close to the airport. Relatively new management who are obviously managing to renovate. Clean and tidy units as expected.
