The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. And, it was located close to restaurants.

The hotel listed airport transportation as a customer service, but it was different than I expected. It doesn't include a ride from the airport to the hotel, so I needed to get an Uber. And the from the hotel to the airport at pre-set times so I spent two more hours at the airport than I would have liked.

Despite what it looks like on the outside, the room itself was very clean and comfortable. In fact, it's one of the cleanest rooms I've stayed in for a while compared to some of the 4 star hotels ive stayed in. Bathroom was roomy and looked newly renovated. If you need a cheap place to stay close to Brisbane airport, I'd recommend it. Close to some cafes and eateries as well to go grab a bite. Has free parking on site which is great and in walking distance to the Bretts Wharf ferry terminal so easy access to the city.

The locks on the doors seemed very old school and shabby but it did the job. Aircon was the old style window rattler but it did cool the room down.

I booked this hotel because it is 8.7km to the airport for car hire pick up and return. Key in lock box after hours with code provided on day of arrival. They provided us free shuttle to car pick up near airport. About 450m to Bretts Wharf (get into the ferry, scan credit card for payment, scan credit card again before alighting ferry), 600m to Woolworths, 270m to Hamilton Hotel for a pub meal, petrol station nearby. Also many eating places close to this hotel. Room size for 2 people adequate, clean, bed very comfortable. Microwave, kettle and toaster in room which we needed. Stayed 1 night then back for 3 nights. Hot shower. Wifi excellent ( I requested for a room with a strong wifi signal when booked). Pleasant walk near the beautiful river/esplanade. Capture sunset on the river. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great little old school motel for an overnight pre-cruise stay... Comfortable and spotless situated in a fantastic location with the river cat a short walk to get into the city with fantastic views of the river, houses and apartments along the way...(ride was only 50cents). Also convenient for shops (Coles 5 mins away) and restaurants and hotel with a bottle shop for all your needs... Motel provided a cruise shuttle for on $5 pp which was so easy.... definitely recommend to friends and family and keep in mind for next time...

So convenient to eateries, transport and ferry. Rooms have been refurbished and offered an exceptionally clean and quiet stay. Having stayed in 5 star CBD hotels the Airport Riverview Motel offers larger rooms, better layout and comfortable bedding. Bonus was the free airport drop off shuttle and friendly and accommodating staff.

The only minor issue is that the bedding is double whereby a Queen size bed would have been better. For some random reason the TV turned itself on in the middle of the night...maybe it picked up a signal from another room's remote.

It was close to the airport and the port for our cruise, excellent location and the price very reasonable. Also we used the free shuttle provided to go to the airport early morning. The hotel is close to a great pub that served amazing good food at a great price. Just down the road was the ferry terminal, you could get a ride to the city for 50 cents each way, amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly too.

No fan in the bathroom

The motel is not far from the airport and is well kept. There are 2 floors and no elevator which can be difficult when you have heavy luggage. We recommend room no. 16 where we stayed , very comfortable. Some clients were very noisy in the middle of the night with kids yelling and the management should emphasize respect towards the other residents.

Great location close to airport and Hamilton Tavern. Good cafes around for breakfast the next morning as well. Staff were friendly and helpful as we checked in late and even offered a free shuttle to the airport the next day. Comfortable bed and nice warm shower after a long day of travel was very welcoming also.
