We were greeted by the incredibly friendly reception staff who were very accommodating and gave us great recommendations for where to eat and grab a coffee. We only needed a one night stay before we hopped on our cruise so this was perfectly located. We took the recommendation to eat at the Breakfast Creek Hotel and that was well worth it. It was a quick ferry ride into the city and a short uber ride to the cruise terminal. Ideal for anyone flying into Brisbane and needing a short stay before a cruise. Very affordable and the 3 bedroom apartment was spacious for 5 of us

Nothing - it was exactly what we needed

Clean, equipped enough for a short stay. Very good location with The Breakfast Creek Hotel right across the road and walking/running path along Kingsford Smith Drive is a great location for some daily exercise. Eden at reception was very lovely and accommodating. Room was quiet considering the busy road the Quest is on. Well priced.

Lots of building happening around the area and the street is a very busy street with lots of fast traffic.

Everything. Room was lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Staff. Our request for our room preference was listened to and we were very happy with our room. In particular, the view. Hoping we get that room or similar on our next stay. The staff member we engaged with on the evening of our arrival and morning of departure were lovely.(unfortunately I don't remember their names, but they'll know who they are) Warm and welcoming. Breakfast Creek Hotel, our favourite place to visit for a beer off the wood and great steak is across the road. Wishing our stay was longer. Hoping we have the opportunity to stay again soon. There was nothing we didn't like

First ever stay at a Quest Apartment and given it was a 2 week stay my lasting impression is the brilliance in staff recruitment. I make special mention of Emma, Sky and Kumar who all understand the key qualities required in meeting the needs of guests. Sadly a rarity. No doubt for this reason there would be a high rate of returning guests. That aside I was very pleased with the comfort and amenities in my spacious studio. Something of a hidden gem in this pocket of Brisbane.

Friendly helpful staff; free onsite laundry use; free parking onsite;

No food to room service; shower water easily onto floor at doorway and potentially onto kitchen area tiles which were very slippery...need extra bathmat to cope there.; no luggage stools; aircon not able to be very cool- restricted temp🤦‍♀️; compact room and not really "sit and eat a meal" in room friendly although microwave etc.

Comfortable rooms. Great balconies. Opposite the race track so it was entertaining. Went to the greyhound racing for a few hours. Great fun. Near the bridge for access all areas. Ferries etc. Made travelling about easy.

Open up the cafe again for breakfast. Need better eateries in area.

We have stayed at Quest on several occasions and always enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment this time and the last time we stayed being, we did not get a room with a river view, which we had requested. I realise the view is not absolute but on our 1st stay we did have a room with at least a partial view of the river on a high floor and loved it. I realise there are other quests to consider but we did book several months in advance. Hopefully next time we will get our room choice. Regards, Karen.

Did not get the room we requested

Probably the best hotel staff we have ever encountered. Everyone at the front desk was super lovely. Lobby coffee was superb. Location is wonderful; easily accessible and super close to the water. 15 mins walk to Gas Town.

The Wi-Fi was down when we were there, but it should be fixed by now (maybe email in advance if you need internet for work).

Location was excellent for access to my art course. Room was spacious and clean with adequate toiletries, coffee and tea making facilities provided. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

Room not sound proof. Could hear other people in their rooms talking, brushing their teeth, visiting the toilet etc. Not a deal breaker though.

Location was great, right in the heart of town almost. 10 minute drive to many places, great pub across the road and close to all amenities

Nothing. It was as described and convenient. It provided a place to sleep and a home base for our stay in Brisbane.
