Extremely convenient for RBWH. Very comfortable bed and the pillows were so good I tried to buy some for home LOL. The kitchen facilities were great, though a microwave proof dish would have been handy.

The kitchen had not been cleaned thoroughly, there were still things in the cupboards from the last people and the mugs had to be washed before use. Having said that, we found that the dishwasher did not clean the inside of mugs at all well. Then our weekly clean, and clean towels, did not happen until we asked about it on day 10.

Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Across the road from public transportation.

Car parking was a pain. Car lift takes awhile to use and is time consuming. Would have been much quicker to use the paid parking next door as the cost for parking at both was about the same.

Reception was great, security appeared very good with entry and exit after hours, the staff at reception were great and friendly

the cleanliness was ok but some may not, minor things not eg. the white blinds could require some attention, the outside of the on the floor and the step into the shower room could cause a problem at sometime as a trip hazard the edge of the step may need a high vis strip This not a complaint by no means, it is something that you might have your safety people take a look at, thanks for the opportunity to just let you see it as I see it that may cause you or customers a problem

Great roomy apartment perfect for a stay to attend an AFL match at the Gabba. Expected it to be closer to Gabba from the Booking.com description. Car lift is an experience! Friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms.

We needed parking for a second vehicle and the process to download the app to get public parking next to the apartment was complex, especially after a long drive. Detailed instructions for this would be helpful. Also need a sign in room to state you get wifi code when turning on tv - I later saw that this info was at the entrance of the lift, but I did not notice on my way to room and needed to call reception to find out how to do it.

Good location for where we needed to get to for our work function. Not a great location if you like sleep. Very noisy right near hospital. To be expected, and if you are used to noise probably not an issue for you. We only used the fridge so nothing else in kitchen. Good aircon for living space, however it doesn't get into the bedrooms, there are fans though.

The apartment was devoid of anything save for beds, small couch, small table and chairs. So not a welcoming environment, but again, for a night it was totally fine for the price. Not the most comfortable of beds, but I have slept on worse. It's just a bit worn and basic. Not enough parking for entire complex so had to park elsewhere.

Everything was good only one thing that was so disappointing we have to get up from 4am to catch the plane at 6 to come to to royal brisbane hospital for a emergency operation was at the hospital all day came to the motel at 630pm and had a very cold shower that was disappointing I rang the emergency service they said its a technical issue with the hot water from 6pm to 10pm thats not fair and would not refund a little bit for being inconvenience That's a bit tough when all I wanted to do was have a hot shower from being in the hosiptal all day

Location was only a five-minute drive to the conference that I was attending. Love the new carpet smell. Beautiful soft pillows. I didn't have to take anything as it was all in the room. Staff were able to explain where to park in a safe space overnight when their carpark was full. It was only a 1-minute walk to the hotel lift. To get into parking it was in behind in a quiet lane so no worries about getting in and out of traffic. Explanations of the Annexe details were presented on the TV, how to use it etc.

I am not used to traffic, so the noise from this was probably the only downfall, although this is part of staying so close to the city and in no way their fault.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating when we needed to leave our car there while we had an appointment across the street at the hospital after checking out. There was everything we needed in the room plus more. The bed was comfortable and clean. We couldn't hear any traffic noises. Perfect location for anyone needing to visit the hospital.

The apartment had a funky smell when we entered so I think a good drain clean may be needed. Also the floor was dirty like a dirty mop had been used on it so I had to leave my shoes on. We found the apartment had everything we needed and more but a couch to sit on to watch TV would be nice as being older in years it wasn't very comfortable sitting on the bed.

Location was great, across the road from RBWH Bus Station on Wren St. Lovely receptionist when we arrived who was very informative about security doors needing key tags after 6pm and accessing wifi, getting an Uber, etc. Very spacious apartment with everything you need. Comfortable place to relax after a long day out. Places to eat close by also. Was a easy to jump on scooter or walk to city. Favourite restaurant Vietnam House on Wickham St only 20min walk.

Can be noisy when door for balcony was open as i stayed in Wren St side but when closed it blocks out. Not completely but you will still get a good sleep if sleeping during the day. Jug needs to be replaced as had build up of residue so couldn’t have hot drinks from it.

It has a good size kitchen equipped with an oven and stove top, dishwasher, and necessary appliances that I needed to prepare food for a family of 4. It also has a washing machine and a dryer, so it helped me keep up with the laundry whilst on holiday.

Car park around the apartment is limited. The place did have the car lift system, but hubby did all the driving the car in and out of the lift and the car park as it's a bit tricky for me.
