The location was excellent for my wife and me, as it was only a 10min walk to the hospital. The managers were both very accommodating and helpful. The room was what we needed for our stay and it was very clean and tidy. Overall, we would use this accommodation again if required.

Car park was a little tight as we had a 4x4, but this is the only criticism.

Room was clean and tidy and a change of towels after the first night was unexpected but appreciated. There was differing pillow sizes Check in was easily organised for an after hours check in

Shower is of a small size would not recommend for a tall or larger person Limited car parks available ,first in best dressed ,there was a couple of extra parks but had been blocked by other tenants.

Room is very neat and tidy. Beds are comfortable. First visit to Brisban ,staffs especially the receptionist is very friendly and easy to talk to. Whoever is cleaning the rooms ,is doing an excellent job...everything in the room is spotless. Very quiet and relaxing background.

When coming to the end of our stay.

The rooms are 4 star - newly renovated, modern, new aircon units, lovely bathrooms, comfy beds, useful kitchenette. We were met at reception by a very friendly smiling fellow. There is a free car park and the location is perfect for enjoying Victoria Park or driving into the CBD or Southbank. We have stayed in many more expensive CBD apartments (paying $40/day to park) but no more...this will be our 'go-to' now!

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Room was very large. Everything you needed was in the room and worked. Room was spotless. Free wi-fi worked without a hitch. Beds were very comfortable. Close to RBWH which was excellent.

Shower head leaked. Bathroom was clean and adequate but could do with an update.

Parking isn’t always available in the small car park or in the street.

When realized my wife could'nt climb stairs to well he put us on the ground floor.Nothing was to much trouble.

As we were only there one night we found all tom our satisfaction.

Loved that there was a snack dispenser right next door to our room. Loved that we were on the ground floor and close to both exits. The rooms were basic but had mostly everything that we needed. Loved the walk in shower. The beds were super comfy and sheets clean and fresh.

Would have loved a biscuit! And more milk. The milk provided was not enough for two people to have two or three cups of tea. We were only there for two nights and a day and we did go looking for somewhere to buy more milk but didn't find anywhere within walking distance. So one of us went without. Not a massive issue but did impact on our enjoyment of the stay. Maybe you could put milk and biscuits in the snack dispenser?

Large rooms, very clean, kitchenette facilities, quiet, friendly staff. Close to QUT Kelvin Grove and city. I stay here multiple times a year.

Bathrooms could do with an upgrade, but they’re still functional and always very clean.

Didn't have breakfast so no comments.

Customer service. I was not informed there was a full booking already at the time I checked in as I did mention I may need to extend my bookings the next day. Leaving abruptly the next day realizing I could not extend my bookings was stressful.
