The rooftop pool was amazing. Disappointed it closed at 9pm though - that’s fairly early especially for grown adults.

The construction and constant police sirens, although I was warned ahead of time about this so I didn’t mind. The two different towers were also confusing, having to walk through the under ground car parks just to get to the other towers elevator.

I thought the building facility was very nice, clean and modern and also quiet. The couch and table furniture was nice, clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped (except for no coffee machine). It was very clean and the bathroomn facility, supplies and quality of towels were great, also having the washing machine and dryer was a big bonus for a longer stay such as I did.

the bed was spongey and uncomfortable. there was no coffee machine for any kind of real coffee making. The area felt a bit insecure for a solo traveler at night, with seedy nightclubs across the street corner and quite a few homeless people around the area sleeping on the street

Location was good. 200 meters from the fortitude valley train station. This station area has all the needs for a visitor. Supermarket, cafes and other eating places. We used train mostly to move around and it helps to reach the places we wished to go

Entering reception was bit time consuming. This apartment has 2 streets on front & back. We should have gone to (not sure of the road's name) instead of 107 Alfred street Then being 2 towers again a bit confusing at the beginning & later we got used to enter.

Check-in was quick and easy, and although it's a bit confusing where to go at first, there are location signs up everywhere, and the check-in text was very helpful with instructions. The 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable and has everything you need for a short or long stay. The rooftop swimming pool was easily accessible and the views are stunning! We appreciated that we could leave our luggage at reception after check-out as we only had a late flight out and still wanted to explore the area a bit more. We actually found it to be well located and walking distance to most amenities.

Great 2 bed apartment, very clean, had utensils etc you need, nice balcony. Furniture was quite new. Rooftop pool was great. Can't fault the apartment & cleanliness.

The apartments are close to pubs, clubs, bars & in a very eclectic neighbourhood with some unsavoury locals hanging outside the shopping centre. I didn't feel safe to go out alone and at night there were lots of sirens & drunk/mentally unwell neighbours fighting and shouting outside keeping me awake. I also didnt like that there are 2 x towers of apartments and to get access to my friends who were put in the other tower, I had walk through a carpark and passageways which didnt have any cameras in them so I felt unsafe when alone. I found the king bed in the apartment very uncomfortable and you could clearly feel the 2 king single matttesses. Suggest a good thick mattress topper to solve that issue.

The room itself was absolutely lovely, the beds were super comfy and the view was stunning. The staff member we dealt with in person was lovely.

It took us about 30 mins to check in, our key tags wouldn’t work!! Could only use certain lifts 🤦🏻‍♀️ our little getaway started off super stressful even the kids were stressed out. The parking was super confusing, they had stickers that said parking for clixx customers so I parked in one than came down a few hours later to find a note saying I can’t park there!!! It was super confusing and extremely frustrating I had to call at least 5 different times and everytime I got someone different and most of them didn’t speak English so didn’t understand what I was trying to explain about the parking. So it wasn’t the easiest check in and I was worried my car would get towed, even tho I paid for parking.

Beautiful convenient location close to the station, supermarket, direct to airport train. Lots of cafés around. The apparent itself is clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony view is spectacular as half of Brisbane is visible. Nice and comfortable stay. Very easy and quick automatic check-in process and key drop off, perfect instructions provided.

Staff was pretty fussy with providing a baby cot saying "subject of availability" till the check-in date. No soap holders or liquid soap, so the soap bar has to swim inside the sink. Using sheets instead of a duvet cover makes it not hygienic and messy to sleep. Freezing cold water in the rooftop pool makes it impossible to swim and enjoy in September. Maybe in the middle of summer it is nice.

The location was excellent.. Only a few minutes walk to the Metro Station and 2 stops into the city.. We actually walked in twice. Apartment was lovely. Very clean and private. Secure access was a bonus.

Reception was hard to locate on arrival as we couldn't get past the secure access doors. There is no parking until after you check in which caused us some bother. We parked in the multi story down the street while we tried find our bearings and it was very expensive Once we got in we were sorted.

Location was convenient, shops, restaurants, everything was with in 2 to 5 min walk. But the best part, the pub and club too. Only a 5min stroll and your at your room. Awesome stay

It took a bit to find the place and little mucking around to find parking and because it's two building share same car park. A few times I end up at the wrong building. Overall I work it out eventually with help from staffs and tenants at the building. Everyone I came across at the building was very helpful.

Nice size 3 bedroom apartment. Good views and quiet considering it is inner fortitude valley. Close to grocery shops too.

There was not enough glasses to accommodate the number of people. 2 wine glasses and 3 champagne is not enough for a 3 bedroom apartment. In peak check in time the cleaners where monopolized the only lifts and we where trying to get down to the foyer from the 7th floor (bride, Bridesmaids x 3 and parents). The bride asked if they would mind getting out so that we could get to waiting car to be transported to the wedding unfortunately they refused. Not very customer focused. There was also a foyer full of people trying to check in and get up to their rooms, they where also held up due to the cleaners in the lifts.
