We were in Australia and New Zealand for 8 weeks, and this was definitely the nicest property we stayed at and one of the least expensive. Great value for money. The apartment was really spacious, well laid out, had comfortable furniture, and we had a great view from our balcony. Staff were really knowledgeable, made helpful recommendations and were extremely responsive to a couple of minor issues (tv had no sound). The wharf is a 5-6 min walk with easy access to the ferries.

The entire room was exceptionally spacious. The kitchen, dining and lounge area was well-appointed. The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The balcony was outstanding!!

A small but worth mentioning slight problem was the lift situation. One wasn't working and the second one seemed a little on the slow side. Not too frustrating though. Our carpark space was a little tricky too, as we had parked in what was known as "reserved" and it wasn't super clear where our spot was. Other than the "3 hour visitors only" spaces, the spare spaces for short stay patrons wasn't obvious.

Great location, handy to a few great eateries, cafe's and convenience stores, yet tucked away in a semi-quiet street. Apartment was well-equipped, very roomy & clean, a tv in the bedroom and lounge, dedicated work station (for those business travellers), fully-equipped kitchen, bed and pillows are comfy, loads of storage space for those staying long term.

Shower pressure wasn't great but do-able, laundry facilities were on the balcony (this might have only been for the room i was in)

Loved everything about Atrio, especially the super helpful staff that allowed us to check in early on both occasions and allow us to leave our cars in the garage after check out. Made life so much easier with a sleeping baby! Huge and spacious apartments, comfy beds, well-appointed kitchens and very quiet considering the location. And the location is fantastic, just a short walk to Howard Smith Wharves for a ferry ride or a walk across the Storey Bridge. Would definitely go back to Atrio.

The size of the apartment is brilliant, especially the balcony. The location is fantastic if you're keen to go out in the Valley. The spare single beds for the night are good value and better than most.. Adonis, the coffee shop.over the road is amazing!

The sheets were questionable. The bathrooms need to be cleaned a lot better. The cleaners are definitely working hard and cleaning well, considering the size of the apartments. One of the girls was quite rude in the office after a mistake on their end and then tried to deny the note that was on the booking that asked for a spare bed for my son. The other girl in the office was polite and curdious

Great location, it is within walking distance (10 mins) from Howard Smith Wharves ferry terminal, which is one of the terminals of the free Brisbane Cross River service - CityHopper. We took the free ferry home after a whole day's visit to the Streets Beach. It is a very decent two-bedroom apartment size for a family of four. The staff was very friendly. We arrived at the apartment supper early at 10:00 am, she arranged for us to be able to check in early without extra cost.

Nothing actually, maybe there is no swimming pool. But it didn't bother us because we wouldn't have used it anyway as we were only staying one night.

Convenient for access to buses and trains. It had everything we needed and provided a separate bedroom as well. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Dishwasher and washing machine weren't working as well as one of the kitchen power points. Fortunately, maintenance were able to solve most of the issues promptly. Although the bathroom floors had been mopped the corners and edges had bits of hair and were a bit grubby.

Very spacious apartment, with heaps of room for our group of three adults. Big living area and kitchen, plus two bathrooms. There is a cafe downstairs for breakfast and another directly across the street. Short walk up to Brunswick St, pub on the corner or down to James St.

Air conditioner is in the living room only. Fans in the bedrooms. On the night we stayed it was particularly hot. Air conditioners in the bedrooms also would be great.

Well appointed unit, air con, great location, parking was easy.

Washing machine was extremely noisy! Extra pillows please. We were waiting for the lift to bring our stuff downstairs right at checkout time (10am). As there were a few bags and kids as well, it took a few minutes to pack our car and get to reception to return the key. Reception texted at 10.12am to tell us we were late checking out and to return the key, at the same time my husband was on his way to the office to return the key, which was less than 15 minutes. I can understand for extended times but felt this was quite unnecessary and have not experienced this anywhere else.

Location was great. Staff were super friendly. They even helped us with a little bit of sight seeing ideas. They were super responsive with any issues. A very comfortable apartment with every thing available for a family’s needs.

There was nothing not it like. But just two things that could have been better. Our bathroom tap was not working when we arrived in our apartment though the staff were prompt to get it fixed the next morning as soon as I reported it. Secondly, parking was available for a price though would have liked it to be inclusive of the price of the stay.
