The location close to the train station was perfect for me. The girl when I was checking in was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

Bathrooms could have been cleaner. The guy when I was checking out early in the morning was a bit impolite. The girl who checked me in said I could strip of the sheets of my bed and place them in the hallway in front of the room. When I checked out the guy asked me for the sheets and I told him about what the girl told me and what I therefore did. He then literally said „Well if you don’t get the sheets and bring them down to the reception you will be late for wherever you’re going“. Who does he think he is?! He then tried to be nice by asking where my name was from…Bad try to not get a negative review 😂

Stayed in a private room which was very clean for a high use budget accommodation. The staff was very nice and very helpful. There was kitchen and laundry facilities but I didn't use them so I can't really comment on them

The only real drama is that it was advertised that it had a pool and bar when I booked the room 4 months prior but was under construction when I stayed so the price I paid wasn't really worth it but if it was open it would have been, judging from what I've seen the bar and pool area looks really nice and looks like it's close to opening

Nothing can describe the relief we felt when the guy at the desk appeared and opened the door for us during the rain from cyclone Alfred. Didn’t have a room for the two nights on short notice because booking.com is a separate system, just the one night, but “we’ll put you in a better room tomorrow” as if I even cared - anything at all was good. Nice place, good location and I got a credit for the second night when we left in the morning so probably will be back again sometime. Lots of restaurants in the area that we didn’t get a chance to go to.

Super clean and the dormitory were cozy and I loved that you could have a little of your own privacy time if u wanted thanks to the wooden cover beside the bed.

A brief explanation of the place and the area is usually appreciated at the check-in but unfortunately the guy at the reception didn’t even tell us about the kitchen nor the swimming pool area.

the room, the comfortable bed, the big kitchen and the relaxing living room, the kindness and availability of the staff and the cleaning of everything was amazing. The location too, near the grocery, the train and the centre.

maybe just dining room seems a little small for all the people inside but it’s good enough, i don’t really find something that i didn’t like

Good location, great beds for a hostel, easy to make the bed private. I would say its possibly a bit more of a party location than other hostels, but as there's no common areas for drinking, people may bring the party back to the rooms a bit.

It doesn't have the social events of other hostels, which can be nice when you're solo travelling. But everyone is super friendly, and there are great kitchen facilities.

I stayed at level 5 so it was the highest level u could get. You can see the city view, it would be great if it wasn't raining. Everything was clean, the beds were spacious. Every bed has a personal light. There's a dresser next to the bathroom so you could do makeup there. Hairdryers can be borrowed from the reception. I went there at 1pm and they allowed me to check-in early.

The shower water wasn't warm enough despite turning it to the hottest temp. Toiletries were not provided. The room doesn't have heaters on so it was a little cold.

Another Amazing Stay! Once again, I was absolutely thrilled to stay at this hostel! The vibe is always so cool, relaxed, and welcoming. It’s truly a place where you feel at home, whether you’re staying for a few days or longer. And I can’t forget to mention Kessy, the best receptionist ever! Always smiling, helpful, and incredibly kind. A huge thank you to her for everything, once again. She truly makes all the difference!

The place was absolutely spotless! Staff were so friendly on arrival and every time we came in and out. Couldn't ask for me from them, all on hand with advice when we asked.

Location. Wasn't a very nice area. A lot of "gentleman" only clubs around which made walking around at night a little unpleasant. Our room had a very large window that looked into a multistory car park, several cars driving around at night in the car park woke us up. Probably wouldn't recommend this place.

I do like this place alot coz its really quiet to stay in and the staff are also very kind and helpful and it also located in the heart of fortitude valley close to the cbd and not far from the transport accessory..
