Great location for Riverfire which was the purpose of our stay. We could see the story bridge and there was a fireworks barge almost directly in front of our window. Staff were very friendly and lovely welcome and kids games in the lobby.

The food, no kids menu in the restaurant for lunch. We had room service during the fireworks and it wasn’t great, everything seemed undercooked. We went to the buffet breakfast in the morning but left when we were told the prices, charging $60 per adult and $30 per kid over 2. Kids under 5 shouldn’t be charged $30 they are going to eat a piece of toast. Our room had flooded carpet for some reason so we did have to walk on towels to get around so our feet weren’t wet, management did come to investigate and we were only staying 1 night/had the river view so didn’t change rooms.

The ideal staycation for a family celebration! We spent three wonderful nights celebrating before our Disney cruise and had a fantastic time swimming in the pool. The staff greeted us with warmth and friendliness during check-in, and I especially appreciated the complimentary glass of wine. Our room was spacious, featuring two double beds, a fantastic view to Story Street Bridge and the bathroom was clean and beautifully maintained. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Having a restaurant on site made our life so easy, and easy with two little girls.

I absolutely loved the vibe of the lobby as soon as you walk in, it’s very uniquely designed as well but so beautiful. We checked in and were upgraded to executive level which was amazing, up until we realised the aircon wasn’t quite working. We called reception and a staff member came up immediately to sort it out. They reset the aircon and said to call again in 10 if it still wasn’t working, which unfortunately it wasn’t so they moved our room for us but instead of just a executive room like we had they upgraded us again to a suite which was completely unexpected but we were extremely grateful for. The staff are just impeccably friendly, they bend over backwards to bring your luggage up and even come to get it prior to checking out. Very professional and absolutely amazing customer service in every aspect. The brekki buffet was just amazing such a wonderful variety of foods and again amazing waiters and waitresses. We will definitely look into coming back again.

There isn’t a single thing that I disliked about this hotel. As above mentioned regarding the aircon, we weren’t disappointed due to how they remedied the situation immediately.

Great Location, lovely hotel.

First time I stayed this year, received an upgrade, glass of champagne and free coffee voucher. Second time I stayed I wasn't greeted in the same friendly manner. I chose to go back the second time because it was a pleasant first time stay. I am taking the family up this week, hoping to be given some of the finer perks. Also was disappointed with the sauna area, no one could help me with the lockers to put my personal belongings in. Please don't take this as a negative review, I have chosen to stay at your hotel again with my family as it does have an opportunity to be one of the best hotels in Brisbane.

the staff are by far the greatest asset. It’s been a long time since we received such authentic, warm, welcoming and professional service. Every single staff member we saw was exceptional. Really made this a place we would return to purely because of your staff. Particular mention to Carmen on reception. The building is beautiful. Breakfast was lovely.

Everything was fabulous, though the mattresses were average. think it’s time to upgrade these. They felt old and springy and even a little saggy. Otherwise couldn’t fault anything!

I didn't like smelling strong perfume every time I went through the lobby I wish there were was no perfume in hotel entrances or maybe just flowers like there used to be. The bathroom had a strong chlorine smell for the first few days Room doors make a loud click when they close

The oustanding customer service from start to finish, the opulantance of the continental breakfast and a very special mention to the chef Benjamin for making a delectable afternoon tea when the kitchen was closed and also Ben at the bar who supplied use with a memorable martini which will be on our future wedding menu. The experience your well dressed and beautiful spoken staff provided is to be commended.

There were no Robes in the room - but one phone call and minutes later your staff quickly fixed that.

Drinks were lovely on arrival. Leaving our car to the valet was so easy and our room was wonderful. Terrific to be able to walk to restaurants for dinner and the mall for shopping. Staff were super helpful.

Pillows were enormous. I ended up using sofa cushion for the night. We booked for three people but were only provided two towels in bathroom. I am sure if we asked, staff would have been happy to oblige but we made do. This was soon forgotten with the delicious buffet breakfast.

We had breakfast every morning and it was amazing Delicious and the staff were all wonderful. The atmosphere was peaceful and the breakfast area was beautiful. You team from consierge to front desk to every team member were 10/10 and made us feel so welcome. I an in service industry and we need our customers to feel value and experience and welcomed so they tell everyone and return again and I will be telling everyone I know how wonderful it was. T

I work in a bed shop so I'm picky about the beds pillows and linen. The sheets hopefully were clean however there were visible yellowing stains on sheets. They should be bleached out. There is one sheet on top and bottom of Donna and another flat sheet at bottom, it all comes undone easily and you wake with sheets all undone. It should be a fitted sheet on the mattress to hold on place and Donna cover on Donna and sheet under that. Mattress was just a touch firm but everybody type suits different needs. The pillows look great but are just too thick for most heads and cause strain. Again I work in sleep health so that's why I'm extra critical. I should have brought my pillows lol.

Nice hotel, modern upgraded rooms. Pool covered which was good.

Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable, very soft and small. The two beds were only double size (not queen as is the norm) with two adults and two tweens sharing it was squishy. The pillows were the long kind that are used for the king beds and so we’re not suitable for two people sharing the double beds and no extra pillows provided. This lead to a poor sleep by everyone. This was unfortunate as we enjoyed the rest of our stay.
