Not only are the staff amazing at the property however the comfort and location of the property are so exceptional and beautifully located it would be ideal for anyone for any occasion! (Excluding those who need to use a lift as the one bedroom apartment we were in was up theee flights of stairs plus had an up down stairs in the room itself)

I’mthwre is zero to complain about other than the prices being high - however that’s the case for everyone especially across QLD and Aus

The location was very convenient to the central business district and the Wickham Terrace medical district plus cafes, convenience stores, etc. The one-bedroom apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything I needed. I felt safe and secure on the gated property and the beautifully kept gardens made each apartment very private. The lady who ran the office was professional and very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Spring Hill Gardens and will certainly be staying there every time I come back to Brisbane. Thank you

I cannot suggest any improvements as I have no complaints whatsoever and I really enjoyed staying here. Will definitely be back! I hope I have more time next trip to make the most of the beautiful pool!

The location was exccellent to get into the city and southbank. Appartment was large and clean, a little dated but comfortable. For the price it was an absolute bargin!

Some noise on a saturday but seemed to quiet down at a resonable time

The lack of attention to detail when the apartment was checked prior to our arrival. We had to ask for the TV to be put in the apartment. There were no coat hangers available and the shower screen needed replacement. All things they knew about but didn’t have time to sort out.

Fantastic shower!! Best I’ve experienced in my 6 weeks travelling in Australia- temp adjusts from cold to very hot and really strong, powerful jets if wanted, sheer bliss! Good central location, friendly and very helpful reception staff. Good communication prior to arriving regarding where and how to pick up keys out of hours.

Could have been a little bit better equipped with additional cooking utensils- bought a pizza to heat in the oven and there were no baking trays to put it on.

I have commented to the owners; only 2 hangars, no hairdryer, no safe. Also there is a small rise into the bathroom that you stub your toe in every time. Needs a caution tape to alert people. Otherwise all goo, and nothing of the above spoilt the visit. Just points of improvement.

It was not pram friendly at all and only had stair access into the complex and to your apartment even if you were on the lower level You can not leave your apartment or the complex without someone assisting you with carrying your pram.

no complimentary tea or coffee for when you first arrive. shower door was loose and kept swinging in.. could have had a bit of a freshen up, was a bit dusty. the apartment we stayed in last time was much better.

Great location with a short walk to buses and central station. The room was clean, tidy, private and quiet and had all cooking facilities. The property manager was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Parking on site was secure and easy to access. I had a lovely private courtyard with outdoor seating for 4.

My room was a little dated and in need of a little repair. There are stairs to get into the property and external stairs to most rooms and internal stairs within the apartment as well.

Quiet and situated close to everything . Home kind of feel , spacious and comfortable . Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Stairs were a bit of a killer with being on the top floor but other than was a great hotel.
