Easy check in with Subash. He was extremely helpful, kind, professional and accomodated our needs. Very spacious apartments and rooms. Great city view from balcony. Nice and peaceful stay. Easy access to Undercover Parking which has lifts to take you to reception and all levels. Across the road from convenience store, 5mins to Fortitude Valley and City Surrounds. Highly recommended, will book there again. Thank you Subash & team, see you again soon😊
No parking out front of hotel to check in, only a loading zone...however Subash was very helpful and quick to provide key fob to carpark so we could park underneath hotel then check in afterwards at Reception😊

The apartment spacious, clean throughout, and comfortable. Convenient onsite parking and a large balcony with views of the city. After reading previous reviews, we were anxious that the apartments would be sub-standard, and we queried the previous negative reviews to the receptionist who advised that he would personally inspect the room before we moved in. While not faultless, it was clean to a standard that I was happy to pay for and stay in, and well exceeded our expectations from previous reviews. We were able to do an earlier check-in and a slightly later check-out at no extra cost. The parking only cost a small extra fee and was very convenient. Location was great. Just a short walk to city shopping centre and a short drive to other venues we attended on the city fringe.
While we were generally happy and comfortable with the apartments, the apartment would benefit from a deep clean and maybe a refresh of paint. There were not enough kitchen/eating utensils. We didn't use the wine glasses, but noticed that two of the three were cracked through and had not been removed/replaced, and one still had some residue in the bottom. We also could not get the aircon to work, it would turn on but then turn itself off again almost immediately. We didn't really need to use it during our stay as the ambient temperature of the apartment was sufficient, and maybe it could have worked if we had instructions on which buttons to press.

Location location location. 2 minute walk from Central Station, 3 minutes to main area of the city. Very close to South Bank, and easily walkable to the gardens, Storey Bridge, China Town, Fortitude Valley and night life. The room facilities were very good, and beds comfortable. Washing machine facilities in our apartment made our stay very easy, 2 bathrooms was fantastic. 24 hour corner store right across the road, and decent little convenience store at the base of the building.
The apartment was by no means "hotel" clean. Glass and mirrors smeared, cutlery drawer need a big wipe out, we purchased a bottle of bleach to clean the cups which were very badly stained. The room service staff don't have an eye for detail. That eye for detail can make a world of difference

This is a decent size apartment in a good location. The facilities all worked, and there was parking in the basement. Check in and out was pretty easy.
The building is a bit tired and needs a tidy up, over grown bushes and rubbish here and there. The room was quite dusty under the beds so if you have a dust allergy it will effect you. It could be better with a renovation of the building and proper cleaning.

Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment. It was a very convenient location and good cost, staff were very friendly. Thank you for the lovely stay.
Nothing outstanding, very minor issues with room such as window handle or glass in sink however these were extremely minor and staff were very friendly which is definitely more improtant. Thank you for the lovely stay.

It was handy to the train station, walking distance to town, felt safe, even at night, great Indian Restaurant close by.
Could do with some love as a few things missing. No light in the bedroom, toilet flush needed fixing, handle on sliding door missing, carpet needs a good clean, no furniture for the balcony. Rubbish trucks started collecting very early in the morning.

Location was key for me.. we will be back for sure 😀 It was myself, my partner and 3 sons.. we all enjoyed the views from the top floor, how close everything was and the high end appliances that we had in the room. Beds were comfy and lay out of the room was perfect as the kids were one end, we were the other.. definitely coming back. Thanks guys.

It was very clean and location wise on point, close to everything esp when you're travelling as family. Customer service was 10/10. Will definitely stay at there again. I recommend this to anyone who travelling with family
There was nothing i didn't like when i was staying there. The restaurant/bar downstairs (Vinos) food they are delicious

Stayed here on 13/5/25 after wasting $200 on another motel which was cramped and mouldy. this motel was amazing, we were on the 12th floor with balcony, completely kitchen with dishwasher, two couches, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, washing machine and dryer
Shower head and hose in off the bedroom needs replacing and needs a new hairdryer (minor things)

The verandah, 2 bathrooms, the furniture is good, the general appearance of the unit is neat and tidy
For a longer stay a broom, and dustpan might be a good idea for the room. Some more cooking equipment would have been appreciated, eg: small saucepan with a lid We purchased our own cooking tray to use.
