Convenience, location close to my niece work place. Good value. Nice rooms . Spacious.

Bedrooms noisy at night from general traffic and service trucks moving large trolleys to express hotel across the road. Also Sweeper truck noise every night.

We enjoyed our stay at Quattro Apartments. Communication with the property was easy with clear instructions on how to check in and park the car. The apartment was comfortable and generally clean, although a few items needed some repairs (the door handle onto the balcony was almost coming off the wall, which we reported to the management and they were intending to fix). Car parking was easy and secure, and cheaper than some hotels at $25 a day. The location was OK, but you will need to walk about 15 minutes to get to the CBD. There were no restaurants around the hotel so we had to walk 10 - 15 minutes to find places to eat. The reception desk is not staffed 24/7 so if there is a problem you will need to ring someone. Luckily we had no issues.

Location is a bit further than some other places, but this is reflected in a more affordable cost.

Nice spacious apartment with good sized bedrooms. Furnishings are nice and comfortable. It’s generally speaking clean and well maintained. Walking distance to most places in the CBD. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Many little things not all of which under control of the managers: there’s a huge and extremely noisy construction site across the road; only one elevator is working; there were little pockets of filth like the oven or the filter of the dishwasher (superdisgusting); the repairers came but the lights in the kitchen were nevertheless flickering. Little things.

The apartment was an easy walk from the Brisbane river and CBD. Checking in was easy as there was a reception area with friendly and helpful staff. We even got an early check-in due to our early flight arrival. It was a good size and well equipped with all the usual and necessary things. The large TV tempted us to watch Netflix a couple of times (using our own login credentials).

The increasingly warm weather made the winter-grade duvet bedding rather hot. A lighter alternative would have been appreciated.

It is walkable to City Center. Both rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. There are TV in both bedrooms. The size of the TV in the sitting room is quite big.

The communication with the apartment staff is difficult. I have booked the apartment using Booking.com but can't use the booking.com message service to communicate with the apartment and has to use e-mail to communicate. Even I have replied the answers from apartment through e-mail but they keep on sending me the same questions which make me puzzle if they have received my answers. Also the instructions to obtain the keys were only e-mailed to me on the day of my arrival. The apartment staff could have sent that to me after the payment was made and so I won't need to worry until the day of arrival to know how to get into the apartment. I think this is a very bad experience of this stay.

Roomy accomodation, perfect for family or 2 couples. Ample facilities for cooking the basics with balcony a nice extra. Location is 5-10 min walk from Central Train Station and 10-15 from city centre. Two cafes nearby but only open business hours and a Woolworths supermarket easy 10 mins walk. Check in was easy and staff lovely.

Only a little thing - description said toiletries were provided but shampoo and conditioner was small single use version and we were there for 3 nights. I am sure if I asked they would have given me more. Also currently construction happening across the road starting 6:30 on week days and 7am on Saturday. Not within the hotel’s control but it is loud enough to wake you up from the main bedroom each morning.

Unfortunately the lock on the door to the balcony was broken & could not be locked The handle on the inside of the bathroom door was falling off & the window lock was broken as was the towel rail The blind in the bedroom didn’t stop, it continued it unroll until it had totally unrolled onto the floor

Excellent customer service from front desk staff, stunning views, spacious accommodation, TVs in each bedroom! Outstanding facilities, comfortable bed, WIFI was fast, balcony a bonus! Loved the pool and rooftop and very happy overall. Thank you, QUATTRO.

Guests in the neighbouring hotel can see into the property as there are no blinds in the main living space. Was noisy despite being top floor - was resolved with ear plugs and didn't bother us too bad, but the location wouldn't suit a light sleeper!

The location was amazing, the car park was easy to drive in and out of. The apartment was spacious and most facilities were working. The staff are very friendly and helped us resolve the dryer not working issue. The check in process was simple and easy to follow.

The dryer doesn't work, the couch in the lounge room was stained and dirty. Every night the apartment upstairs had someone running around from afternoon to early hours of the morning.

Good central location directly above a tasty affordable Cafe. The view from the pool is great. The apartment is small but compact with most things you need including a wonderful bath. Washing machine and dryer worked well. Comfy beds.

You have to get out of the car to reach the swipe to get into the carpark. The lights kept flickering in the apartment and intermittently when you tried to turn something on or plug something in there would be a high pitched beep and it wouldn't work. Something seems questionable with the wiring. The pool is definitely more of an adult pool, there's signs up saying no pool toys allowed. Also difficult to keep the heavy door open when you're trying to bring in luggage. There weren't any fry pans only deep pots which made frying an egg difficult. Some salt and pepper would be good as well.
