I was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. Even though the second bedroom was locked the living area and balcony was huge. The ability to wash and dry your clothes in the apartment was a game changer for me. It meant I could pack less clothes and have a smaller bag. That 7kg airline limit is no longer something to fear. Loved having a full kitchen. Admittedly I only cooked breakfast. Free wifi was great.

The apartment could do with a deep clean. Fresh paint would make a huge difference. The ensuite drains smelled a bit. Just needs a clean and flush. easy fix. The TV was OK but chould be upgraded to a smart TV. I got around this by using a firestick and the free wifi.

We reached this apartment as our last stop in Australia and we weren't disappointed! The location was a 15 minute walk from Brisbane Central train station and close to Woolworths. The apartment was absolutely spotless, I think some of the towels were actually brand new! It was spacious and light and as a family of four it was perfect! The balcony space was amazing and the views across the bustling city, especially at night were fantastic! We could walk to the river and be in the botanical gardens in 20 minutes, we walked back from Brisbane city centre in half an hour. The apartment was very well equipped and we all enjoyed a relaxing swim in the pool and made use of the sauna! From Brisbane central station it was an easy ride on the air train to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful trying to book taxis and give information.

Nothing really! Our only criticism would be more sofas/chairs to relax in as you can only comfortably fit 2 people on the sofa!

We had a very nice stay in a 2 bedroomed apartment on the 7th floor which had a lovely balcony and great views. We were very happy with the apartment and loved the fact that Woolworths was close by for buying our groceries and also a quick walk to the river and onto the ferries. The staff were very helpful showing us maps and where to visit popular places We would definitely stay there again

We would have loved some extra tea towels and a couple of extra bathroom towels.

Very good location. Close to river & centre. Spacious lounge are & good balcony area. Catches the sunrise. Washing machine and tumble dryer & dish washer were all plus. Room 905

A bit dark at night - simply change the bulbs when they fail !! No sink plugs for both bathrooms. But highly dangerous, the front right cooker ring was permanently on when main wall switch was down. A little bit of general maintenance is all it takes..

We were fortunate and received an upgrade and had a lovely balcony with a view with a table and chairs where we enjoyed our meals. The location was excellent as we were able to walk to South Bank where the gallery, museum and theatre are located. Also located there is the Brisbane sign, The Wheel of Brisbane and Streets Beach where we had a swim and a relaxing couple of hours, an area we highly recommend. The Apartment was well appointed with all appliances, small dishwasher and in house washing machine and tumble dryer. It has complimentary assigned underground parking and complementary Netflix on a widescreen TV, large size refrigerator, oven and cook top and microwave, kettle and toaster. I would highly recommend the Frisco Apartments.

Nothing! Everything was excellent right down to the friendly helpful reception desk duo of Peter and Roger!!

The location is good, not too high in the Spring Hill. The city views and of the cathedral are memorable. The long swimming pool with sauna downstairs are conveniently at your disposal. The fully equipped kitchen is useful for longer stays.

The location was very convenient for us. It's close to nearby shops and a 15 minute walk from the mall. The facility had a pool and a mini gym which was a bonus. Our Internet got cut off in the middle of the night but was easily and quickly addressed after reporting it to the staff who were very friendly and attentive to the situation. Thank you for your generosity and kind hospitality!

Spectacular views and very accommodating staff . Made our trip with kids more enjoyable by being able to check in a day earlier than planned and very late. The dryer was a bonus!

Noise of furniture being dragged constantly above our apartment(905) at 5.50am on a Thursday morning . Possibly people getting ready for work. This isn't management's fault ,happened on one morning only.

Close to Bus and Train stops Rubbish bins more then enough to cater for the rubbish. Rooms great set up Great pool & Gym set up. Staff Friendly people

Needing some electric items for cooking Bins needing to have options to place Rubbish in shoots direct from the top that drops direct into the bins.

Super helpful receptionist (vietnamese guy I believe). Large appartment, good bed and spaceous balcony. Useful also was a washing machine and a supermarket nearby. Same as public transport, Felt very relaxed in this street just outside the busy area. Thanks a lot.

The interior (at least my room) needs upgrading or renovating...as they probably realise themselves...but for me it wasn't an issue...
