Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. James in particular was great. The hotel had a good feeling.

Our plane was delayed and when we arrived in the evening, nobody was on duty and there was no response to the telephone number. A young woman at the restaurant helped us and managed to let someone know. The person didn’t arrive after a good length of time. The young lady came to check on us and tried again. A receptionist arrived who told us we couldn’t have certain things which I’d telephoned about two days before and was not friendly. This was remedied the following morning by someone else.

The staff are always polite, courteous and considerate, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. and are always happy to oblige - a real credit to their organisation.Special shout out to Shawn, William and Ash for taking such good care of us, answering all questions and providing great suggestions. Check-in and out was efficient and helpful. Room very clean and spacious.My room had a breathtaking view of the Brisbane City which brings me back lots of memories when I lived in Brisbane in 2008 to 2010. Also- great pool area,My daughter loved it here, it was a school holiday treat. Perfect location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, public transport etc. All in All, a pleasant Christmas stay 2023 at Mantra on Queen! Also received their beautiful Christmas card and chocolates. I highly recommend Mantra on Queen! Excellent on every level is all I can say and We will definitely return as soon as we can.

We loved all the corner of our unit. The location was perfect, beautiful view and very tidy room. We'll recommend this hotel to our friends for sure. Very accessible to everything we need and the staff who accommodated us was very respectful. Thank you.

Maybe the hair blower in the covered. I could tell it's a bit dangerous specially when it is running while the guest's still wet it's because of a broken part.

Close to Riverland where my function was being held. Room was clean and plenty of street parking after hours on weekend. Had tea, coffee, milk, microwave, jug, fridge.

Had to ask for bed to made into twin share even though this was on booking. Staff were able to make this change after arrival. No ability to actually book a carpark at motel.

Location was great for the city or the valley

Washer dryer wasn’t the best, couldn’t find staff sometimes, understandable because there was a cyclone going on at the time ! There could have been more notices as to what to do if power went down etc

Location is in a prime spot for being so close the Queen Street Mall & surroundings. Lots of food places, walk along the river, gym's near bye. A really good spot.

There wasn't anything to really fault about the Mantra. Gym could maybe have a little upgrade. Very small room- but all around a really good hotel.

Location was perfect, and beautiful views. Would have been nice if there was a cafe for a coffee to take away as we were departing, however plenty of places around to get one.

Bed you could feel a bar or join in the middle. I’d imagine it’s two beds joined together. Not ideal for a romantic getaway. Car Parking was a nightmare. Worst designed car parking ever. Never been so nervous driving in a car park. Otherwise it was great! I’d definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and clean. It had a jacuzzi! Stayed in 1-bedroom apartment on the 24th floor. Hotel location was close to places I wanted to go. Staff members were very helpful with the late check-in. Thanks for everything!

The apartment we stayed in was lovely, we had a great view of the river. The room was lovely and comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked in advance and found it great value for money and in a great location.

The carpark is a little stressful if you have a big vehicle.

Great location. Amazing views from high level. Clean and tidy room, was perfect for an overnighter.

Not really a dislike - Parking is very limited - and very pokey, do not take a big car. But there was parking available around the hotel on weekends.
