The staff were friendly and very helpful and catered to my families needs during our stay. It was very comfortable and clean and quiet. Loved that the room was complete with cooking facilities and utensils that were well stocked. Along with a few complimentary goodies.

Nothing really to complain about. Remembering it is a small motel it isn't part of a large chain so while it is basic it is very clean, it has friendly staff, it's conveniently located, it's quite, it has ample parking, decent WiFi and some good family oriented amenities. So my only qualm would be the cost, however it is the same price point as it's neighbouring competitors but certainly better than quite a few of its neighbouring competitors. I would certainly stay here again.

This is a pleasant and comfortable mid range motel in a suburban area just outside Cleveland. It’s well built, modern and well equipped for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. Parking is easy and there is a nice pool for summer cool off. It’s close to a rail line which may be relevant but we enjoyed the occasional clatter of a passing train. There’s a nice breakfast restaurant (Cafe on Gordon) on Bainbridge Street nearby.

A connecting door from our room to another unit allowed some noise to occasionally disturb us, but it wasn’t a big issue. It’s also a busy part of town so be ready for rush hour congestion in the area. Not much traffic noise at night though.

Great location, comfortable beds, loved the shower, tea, coffee, toaster, cups, plates etc, microwave, had everything we needed and good size rooms

The fridge had been defrosted and drip tray was full and fridge and freezer weren't very cold to start with, freezer only froze what sat on the bottom 600ml bottle of water only half frozen by morning and top ice packs weren't fully frozen but everything else was good.

I provided my own breakfast. The location suited me, especially as I could walk to and from Cleveland in about 10 minutes. When I needed the TV aerial to be adjusted it was fixed immediately.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Family run business was very easy to approach. Cleaners were satisfactory for my solo stay n went extra mile at times for my needs I was quite pleased withe motel and staff. Thoughtful of needs as I was well out of a known area to me Motel was often quite busy but noisy neighbours were not an issue.

Taxi service at night time in Cleveland was ver unsatisfactory Twice leaving me stranded late aat night

Very friendly check in. Quiet location. Comfy beds. Amazing hot water/shower. Was only there for 1 night very much appreciated the tea/coffee/biscuits and lovely body wash provided in the shower. No problem staying again if I needed accommodation in Capalaba

The communication from the motel was clear especially as we arrived late after reception had closed .The room was basic but very clean and comfortable and well stocked with coffee, toiletries and milk in the fridge which was nice . the bed was comfortable the shower was great and hot . It was VERY quiet overnight which we loved .

Only comment I would make is that the smoking area does not have a solid roof and while it was raining we attempted to use the pool BBQ area (that was vacant and fully covered) and management told us to leave the area as it was "closed", so maybe if unable to utilise that area may need to cover the smoking area.

Room was lovely and clean. Bed extremely comfy. Amenities good. Lovely quiet area.

Small pick but the TV is mounted on the wall opposite the bed - great location - but felt a little far away and on the smaller side for my old eyes. Soap dispenser in bathroom was empty but soap was available elsewhere.

Loved the clean room and the comfortable bed. The pool was amazing. The air-conditioning worked really well. The room was very well equipped.

There were lots of shops nearby, but the roads were very busy. You really need a car to stay here.
