Staff were really lovely, welcoming and friendly. The location is good and we didn't find it noisy at all. Great size room with a comfy bed. The bathroom was clean with nice toiletries. The food in the pub was great too, and reasonably priced. The complimentary drinks voucher was a nice extra touch.
I didn't like the frosted glass windows. You normally only expect those in a bathroom and it seemed to make the room a little darker. It would have been nice to have had a view to the outside from the main room window, even if it was just the street or car park, anything really. There is a nice communal balcony though which we took advantage of instead.

Staff were super fantastic, friendly and caring. We had an issue with our room as the previous tennat had hidden crabs in the jug and once the staff found out what happened they were appalled and replaced the jug as well as being amazing in helping us out <3 Also, newly renovated, rooms have a BATH TUB and the sound proofing in the rooms was great!!
Our view from our room was of ducting as we were the back side of the establishment - but considering the cost of the room there was no expectation of sea views ( so it was not an issue, really). Our neighbour across the hall played her TV super loud into the night and would not close her door ( as she did not like air conditioning) so that was muffled through our room - not a very thoughtfull person , but 100% not the hotels fault. But it was only muffled as the soundproofing in the rooms was great!!

Comfortable, clean beds and pillows. The room was recently refurbished, which is one thing that I look for when making a booking in an older establishment. So handy to have IGA, chemist, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely walks along the esplanade with more restaurants and lovely parks and BBq areas. Train station was within walking distance. Car parking was easy. We had two cars with us and it was not a problem. Dinner at the pub was good.
I did not receive the room in the booking.com picture. That was disappointing as we stayed for 5 nights and 3 adults in the room. It was quite cramped. Based on the advertised picture, I expected the room to be much larger, to have a shower and two chairs. Hence, there was no place for all of us to sit and eat and work on the computer or to place our bags. The advertised picture showed a shower. My room had an old bath tub, which was difficult for me, getting in and out. Sorry I'm getting old!

A basic hotel room, but we were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort level. Super clean room, large comfy bed and it did not have a dated feel about it at all. Room was quite large considering it is a hotel room and it had everything we needed. No microwave or toaster, but there are plenty of eating options within very short walk, plus several eating options downstairs in the hotel itself. Pleasant surprise was a $10 drinks voucher per person for use at the bar/restaurant. Parking out the back, which is the standard pub car park, so it can be a bit hit & miss as to availability. Close to the foreshore area and an IGA directly across the road. We were expecting some noise from the hotel which is open until late, but we heard virtually nothing - so there is good sound insulation in the rooms.
No face washer - but towels/hand towels, bath mat were all clean and appeared quite new.

This was a near perfect accommodation. Highly recommended. Our family of 6 adults stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, it was so comfortable and roomy. 2 bathrooms, 3 tvs, soft beds, firm pillows, private entrance and great location.
The only thing is that it doesn’t have an oven, it does a microwave/air fryer combo but you can’t cook a meal for the whole family in that. It’s probably to encourage you to eat down stairs at the restaurant but they don’t cater for everyone dietary needs (no vegan meals available) and it would get expensive if you were to eat out every night.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the sea and public transport to the city. The hotel is nicely renovated 1930 with modern but old style bathrooms. The food is good at the big dining room. Some of the live entertainment is very good so you can relax with a beer and enjoy the music. We had a problem with the room we booked and were put into another, more expensive room, with no fuss at all.
The hotel is a popular drinking and music venue on Friday and Saturday night so some rooms get a lot of noise till midnight. Other rooms are very quiet. There is no breakfast but there are a few eating places near by. Lunch and dinner tables need to be booked for Saturday night and maybe other nights because the dining room is heavily booked by the locals - it is a good place to eat.

Great short day! Rooms and premises have not long been updated, and the renovations really made the place trendy and provided great vibes. The room was exceptional clean and comfortable. TV was smart and thanks to Andrew (a previous guest) we had all his streaming accounts to keep us entertained in the room. You can hear noise from the pub downstairs however it is to be expected, and the room was clean and comfortable which outweighed the noise. Parking is located at the rear. Close to IGA and Manly small shopping precinct. Check in was easy and staff were nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
Food at the pub was standard. Drinks at the pub were a little overpriced however one free drink voucher per person was provided for the stay.

Central in Manly Harbour Village and only two minutes walk to the marina, the drive to the airport was only 40 minutes. The car park is not very big but we managed to find a place. A number of bars and restaurants all in easy walking distance but the hotel restaurant is fantastic too! There were a few bands and singers playing on Saturday night in different bars but it all went quiet at midnight so no problem sleeping. The room was huge with a great bathroom, the bed was comfortable, good air conditioning and tea, coffee, biscuits and a breakfast box for each morning. I would highly recommend it!
Nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was adequate. Location was good but I could not walk to the venue close by due to the rain. It wasn’t the Hotel’s fault.
No lift. I wasn’t aware of this when I booked and if I had been I would have booked elsewhere as I have knee issues. Someone had turned the television off at the wall switch and I had to stand on a chair & reach in behind to turn it on. Very dangerous considering my age and disability. Perhaps a previous occupant was responsible as the green ON light was distracting when trying to sleep. Air con was also on 17 degrees - far too cold.

The locality, best. Near amenities and the sea. The bars that is a drop away, champion! Easy check in/out. Super customer service by a male staff, xxxxxx, sorry forgot his name. Generous complimentary beverages & welcome drink coupon to the bar & great music . Good bathroom. Cleaniness tiptop. Near amenities. Convenient parking. Comfy bed. Will stay again:)
The sound proofing from the neighbours when 'closing' their doors. (Maybe need some adjustment and repairs for the closers).Missing of a microwave.
