Proximity and easy walk from domestic airport. Pleasant front of house staff; room on Level 8 great views over airport; blockout blinds and double glazing extremely effective; FABULOUS SHOWER!! Bulk toiletries excellent, avoiding those little annoying wrapped pieces of soap. Towels huge! Beds extremely comfortable. Pleasant bar and breakfast area.

Some more hanging space in the bathroom would be good, e.g. hooks on back of door. Nescafe instant coffee is always disappointing - try to remember to byo instant coffee in future. Additional chair in the room would be useful - awkward for two guests sitting on the bed all the time to read.

Great location. About a 15-minute walk, with a suit case, to the Domestic terminal. On that route you pass 2 parking garages and the Skytrain, from which you can grab a train to the International Terminal in about 5 minutes. They run at least once per half hour. Rooms are as shown in the pictures. Nothing fancy, but not cheap either. Bed is comfortable, and thanks for not having that plastic sleeper top thing that so many others have nowadays.

The food in the in-house restaurant is ok, but for the price it should be better. Unless it was the pizza, the food was often times quite fatty/oily, but otherwise good. We had 4 meals there, the last being pizza for both of us.

Convenient Location and easy to walk from Domestic Terminal - the room was spacious but the bathroom did not have much space to put toiletries. The restaurant on site is a bonus if you get in late or don't have transport. The service was quick and the staff were very efficient.

The room was not as clean as it could have been - ring marks on the bedside tables showed lack of attention to detail. The restaurant food was OK but expensive for what it was. Only offering buffet breakfast at $28 per person is disappointing as we only wanted a quick light breakfast so we chose not to use the restaurant for breakfast.

A great airport hotel. Staff were very helpful and it was nice to have a restaurant onsite for dinner. Rooms were small but clean and more than adequate for an airport stay.

We didn't realise that the shuttle only ran in the morning so wasn't an option when arriving at the airport in the late afternoon. We were able to catch the train between terminals (free if you're staying at the hotel) and a helpful airport staff member gave us walking directions to the hotel (about 8 mins). The shuttle isn't free, it costs $8 pp. It didn't leave in the morning at a suitable time for us but the helpful reception staff booked us a taxi for $20, only $4 more for 2 people than the shuttle and direct to the international terminal. If there are more than 2 people in your group then a taxi is cheaper.

The room was clean and tidy and had everything you need for an overnight stay - I flew out early the next morning. The shower was great and the beds/pillows were comfortable.

The signage to find the hotel was lacking. I followed the map provided but once you get to the car park side of the air bridge there are no signs telling you that you are to walk through the carpark and then go down the travelator. There are signs once you reach the other side of the carpark but not before. I went down the travelator before the carpark which takes you to the drop off point - had to ask an employee how to find it.

Location to the domestic airport and a hop on the free shuttle to international airport ( from the domestic terminal, not the hotel). It took all of 15 minutes in the morning to walk over to the free shuttle. The room was soundproof and spotless with everything we needed for the night. We enjoyed a good value meal in the restaurant downstairs and chatted with other guests about travels. The Pullman is right next door and has a fancy restaurant if that is of interest. We were flying out of Brisbane International so I did a quick reconnaissance walk the afternoon before to see how long it would take me to get to the free shuttle from the domestic . I’d give it 20minutes if you are a bit slower and lugging bags, however we did it in 15min.

Booked a night due to a late night domestic flight and early international departure. Walked to hotel with my youngest son.. hotel easy to find with route clearly marked and while it was a bit of a longish walk it was pretty easy. Staff were friendly and efficient at check in. They arranged our spot on the shuttle to the international terminal and offered a wake up call which was nice as I hadn’t thought of it. The room had a spacious layout, nice sized bathroom, both very clean. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was really good, nice range of options. Shuttle was convenient and offered for a low cost. We only had a quick stay, but it was very comfortable and I would definitely book to stay here again rather than head into the city for just 1 night.

No complaints, had a great stay.

They had 24 hour reception so as soon as we arrived on a late flight we didn’t need to worry about checking in, they were so lovely, gave my daughter a colouring in book and also arranged for our Buffett breakfast in the morning. The room was comfy with tea and coffee but what I liked most was the blinds - when I woke in the morning I still thought it was early but it was 8:30 - kept the light out so perfect so if you need to sleep during the day. Buffett had everything you would want - even had 5 types of eggs and dining room wasn’t squishy - nice and open. Pity I didn’t know about this place earlier but will definitely be back!

I arrived very early and asked if I could pay extra to book in early. The lady said they would put me in a line for a room and check back at 9.00am. When I checked back I was told by the same lady none were available yet. Then 2 ladies who came about 1/2 after me and who had gone to breakfast were told by another staff member they could have a room. The gentleman I then approached apologised and gave me a room. The lady who served me obviously didn’t check properly or didn’t care. I had just arrived from Cairo after flying for 27 hours.

The hotel was picked for its location by the airport, and I found it pretty quiet despite this. My room was facing the Brisbane CBD so I had a lovely view. It was a more spacious room than I expected. Shower was great, and I enjoyed the fact there was an on-site restaurant which was both dine-in and take-out: very good food and convenient.

The bed wasn't super-comfortable, and I had a sore back by morning. I had a special request of being located away from the lifts (due to noise) but the room assigned was opposite them, despite the fact that I checked in close to 2pm, so it did not appear my request wasn't filled due to lack of availability (though I can't be sure). So there was a bit of noise from that, plus the fact the room doors weren't soft-close; there was a bit of unintentional door-slamming by guests. I found the room to be relatively expensive for the facilities provided; it was the trade-off for the location.
