Just been completely refurbished looks beautiful new bed really comfy and pillows 🙏 very quiet rooms being completely separate from bistro /bar areas ☺ didn't hear a peep ! Excellent counter meal Loved our stay will book again but not through booking.com Even with my 20 % off genius deal I paid $18 more than if I'd booked direct! Think I'm going to start booking direct 🙏

Great little spot for a sleep before heading to the airport early in the morning. Simple, clean, comfy rooms with more than what you need. I had the standard room with shared bathroom and everything was clean and good, never encountered anyone else in the bathroom while I was there. Staff were really nice and welcoming. Good location with lots of shops around, plus easy and cheap taxi or uber to the airport.

The aircon is a bit noisy to sleep at night, but not a big deal.

The PoW is a convenient location for us, especially to airport parking companies. Staff are friendly and helpful. We always travel the day beofre and this time we had a vehicle breakdown situation. We advised we would be late and were told they would accept our arrival up until 2am! We arrived at 8.15pm and kitchen closed at 8.30pm, we quickly ordered a meal and after taking bags to our room the meal was ready for us in the dining area. Appreciated everyone's help.

Tariff seems to have increased markedly.

Not ready for occupation at 2pm, despite being give room key - still being cleaned/made up Renovations ongoing - but some aspects not finished off well - toilet seat loose and not aligned with pan, pile of loose screws on the roof just outside the window Reception are unimpressive - like a service entrance

I liked everything. The location, the staff the facilities everything was fantastic. Strongly recommend

The only thing that was not tried on this trip was the food but I'm sure it is brilliant and they are upgrading some of the facilities with extra rooms and a lift so it was a little noisy but that is expected when buildings are getting upgrades p

Very happy with whole experience, booking.com and hotel complex. Clean area, sports bar, main bar comfortable friendly staff and food ordering experience through scan table code was effortless. Food served up was quick, excellent proportion full of flavours. Already left positive review through scan code on table through goggle. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and return on our next visit

Was some outside tradesmen putting up solar which no real inconvenience.

Great location, across the road from woolworths and restaurants. A short walk away from the train station and bus stops which was handy. The cleaning staff are very friendly and did a great job, was so nice to come back after a busy day to a spotless room and a perfectly made bed. Great value for money if you're traveling on a budget.

The location suited perfectly for an overnight stay pre international flight out of Brisbane Airport. The convenience of having accommodation and facilities for meals and refreshments all in one place was ideal. The accommodation is superb, clean and modern. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

The staff were really friendly, they took our bags in really early before check in which was awesome. The room was simple but nice and clean. Couldn't really ask for any more out of it. Had dinner there the last night of my trip and the food was great too. Oh and the bed was nice and comfy.

They gave us new rooms that were very clean and pretty, complementary drinks at the bar and bottled water in the room. The staff were very friendly and funny.

They are still doing renovations, would have been good to tell us when checking in, that there would be noise early in the morning.
