Room was great and loved the modern features. Great BBQ area. Was close to bus stops and train station. King size bed was super comfortable

Even though it was close to the train station the train stopped at 730pm which is pretty poor for a big event such as magic round, so we had to Uber from Eagle Junction to get back to the motel. BBQ was great although it did catch fire due to the fat build up in the tray.

The beds were comfortable, and extra blankets were provided in the cupboard. We appreciated the simple kitchen, which allowed us to prepare breakfast and brew coffee. The bathroom was beautiful.

The TV could not connect for streaming and casting. There is no car parking available at this location; all spaces were occupied by cars that have been there for some time, as indicated by their dust.

Better than I expected.

When I arrived, there was no key because it was in the box . I expected to pay at reception or booking. Com to take my money. It was after midnight, and I was told I had no room. Because i hadn't paid. A lady came down, opened up reception, and took my payment, but when you have travelled over 24 hours from UK to Australia and the taxi had gone, this isn't want you want to here.

JUST WHAT WE WANTED. Close to everything, great price, safe - clean and tidy. will definitely stay again and do recommend.

a great room however no wardrobe - only a hanging rack/stand, no bedside tables to put phone/drink on and no parking caused an issue. No full length mirror - only a small round one of the wall. A shame as we were there for a big race day and we couldnt see our outfits - only our heads. ! but - the motel was great value for money and we will stay again.

Cleanliness and how close it is was to the rail way line. The variety of items in the room and the fact that they were very honest when we left some things in our room and we were able to go back and get them. So that was a very decent thing for them to do.

The fact that our rooms were upstairs. There wasn't enough parking for the number of guests. The grumpiness of the man on the office. The fact that the office was never open so we couldn't ask where the laundry was.

The shower was hot and good pressure. Good size pillows - medium to low. Not super fat so that was good.

Limited utensils considering the amount of people the room can hold. Has a microwave but no real things to use in it. Did not see any staff at all. Check in all by phone and text. But overall a good stay. Slept well.

Felt safe & secure

The floor could have been cleaner. It felt dirty underfoot with bare feet. It felt like it had not been vacuumed or mopped recently. Also a change of bed covers for the bed wouldn't go astray as they looked dated and tired and tatty. There were no blankets in the room. I had to ask for them.

I was wanting to pass some time watching TV or Netflix instead of sitting at the airport for hours. But found that I could not access anything on the TV and the pay Tv said that it had reached maximum capacity of people who could watch it. Or something to that effect, so I couldn’t watch anything and no one was available at reception to talk to! No impressed.

Good facilities, mostly clean (see below), comfortable, good blinds, good AC. Good location, quick to CBD, valley or nearby cafes and pubs. Close to airport. No real road noise even though it's at a crossroads. Helpful staff. VERY fast internet.

Bathroom drain was beyond gross, but everything else was clean. I just covered it with bathmat. A teeny bit on the small side but totally functional/workable room. I was even able to work there during the day in comfort. Some plane noise and nearby rail crossing the train will honk at. Can easily hear room neighbours talking or coughing, bbq and pool just outside, and generally not much noise insulation. But overall it tended to be quiet from at least 10 to 6, so a minor gripe.

Location is very good, facilities clean, friendly managers, shower had flexible hose which we liked, there is parking but limited.

On this visit our room was warmer then previous stays as our window faced west (despite aircon & blockout curtains) but wouldn't be a problem in cooler weather.
