The property was great, staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a ton of luggage and they had a staff member help me take it all upstairs to my room . It was great value for money. It was clean. I was lucky to be put in one of the rooms with a view of the river. Shared facilities were clean. And a 24hr BP station is right across the road.

Because it’s an older heritage building, you do hear through the walls. It’s to be expected with older buildings though and i still enjoyed the stay.

Arrived for magic round and showed up early at 10am for a 2pm check in and old mate let us check in early, legend. Pulled no punches, let us know what to expect and was very hospitable. Salt of the earth type stuff. We booked the pet friendly room down by the garage and it was clean and tidy enough for a couple blokes just looking for somewhere to sleep. FYI the toilet and shower are in the same room, separated by a glass wall and curtain. Wouldnt be ideal if youre trying to impress your new mrs but for the lads its allgood, one of us went for a walk or just used the communal facilities up stairs. Nice spot, right beside the river, BP for a pie, 7 days a week dog racing at Albion Park raceway and the notorious Breakfast creek hotel a 200m walk away. 7 min uber to Caxton Street, it was a great base for a great rugba leeg weekend. suprisingly quiet given the location, but great in terms of being central to the entertainment district. great little place to stay, for what it is I thought was fantastic and amazing value and the housekeeping was A++ .... I have 10 years in the accomodation industry myself. and was very impressed with it overall..... The Girl at check in and the housekeeper we dealt with were beautiful people, so friendly and welcoming.

The place had exactly what we needed, a bed, a shower and a store right across the street to grab a quick and small dinner after a long flight, the staff member that did our booking and gave us our keys was super friendly and welcoming. It was really good value for money.

There were two lights in our room that didn't work but it didn't really matter as the one that did work was more than enough.

The staff were fantastic, the pet-friendly room was RIGHT next to the parking bay so it was SUPER easy to get everything done, the room was so cute, super clean and well furnished, eclectic and fun, great location for passing through like we were. Not a single bad word to say about the place, if you're in the Brisbane area especially with a pet I CANNOT recommend this place enough!! They even provided pet beds and the bathroom setup is perfect for being able to scrub down a pet :)

Nothing. Absolutely brilliant.

It's an excellent location, and very cheap given its location. The rooms are basic but it provided all I needed, which was a comfortable bed. It has shared toilets and showers, which may put some people off, and the place is a little run-down, but you get a private room, and I'm over sharing space in dormitories with inconsiderate people. I had a room with a balcony and spent the morning drinking coffee, catching up with the world and watching the Rivercats. In the evening, I did the same, but with a bottle of wine.

This isn't our first stay , we choose this motel for great location , price, always clean and friendly welcome . It's close to the city , southbank , and close to airport . The rooms are clean and the shared bathrooms are clean , they are the most important things when needing somewhere to stay

Our TV didn't work in our room but there was free WiFi so didn't really matter, sadly there isn't much parking but the manager always tries to do his best to accommodate parking . .so not real negatives .

I’ve stayed here multiple times and I’ll continue to stay here, it’s cheap, cozy and comfortable. Yes it’s a dated building so it’s going to have some wear and tear but you’re paying 90-120 bucks for a room in Hamilton, the richest area in Brisbane, perhaps common sense isn’t so common.

So convenient for the airport, and fabulously close to the awesome riverside walk. Exceptionally clean for an old building run on a small budget. Very reasonable pricing. Easy parking..

My TV remote doesn't work, but management quickly sent someone up to help me switch the TV on. Needs a new remote.

The location is wonderful. Right next to a beautiful walk/park. My kids loved the walk.Theres a servo right across which was very handy for bits and pieces of necessity.

Parking is extremely limited (I think from memory there's only 4 underneath). You will be extremely lucky if you find one which we were.Overall it was a good stay. The host was accommodating and very helpful.
