.we found the place easily, and as it was near to the airport, very convenient for a 5am start back to New Zealand. The apartment had everything we requested - 2 good sized rooms, a bathroom with wash/dryer facility, a kitchen that had various conveniences for cooking for our disabled child's special needs, and TV with Netflix. The beds were comfortable and warm enough. The staff were extremely helpful when we had to deal with wet sheets. Thank you!

Wheelchair access was not really possible for the stairs into the building and the narrow corridors. Fortunately our child was able to be assisted with walking.

Good location, we've stayed here twice before, unit is spacious for it's size and great view over the city. Kitchen well equipped, beds are comfy and quiet, the place feels safe. Great in that staff were accommodating with adding another mattress for our family. Loved that there is a washing machine and powder provided.

Battery in second bedroom fan was flat, so had to use other remote to turn on which affected the operation of both fans. One sheet had a weird stain in second bedroom. Bedrooms need air conditioners, as it's too hot in summer, fans just don't cut it and the air con in the kitchen/dining area doesn't extend to the bedrooms.

Our two bedroom apartment at Hampton Court Apartments was spacious and very clean. Although a little dated we were able to easily overlook that with all the facilities that were available in the apartment such as comfortable beds, a smart TV, an outdoor balcony area for our exclusive use, a comfortable lounge kitchen dining area for the three of us to relax in. The swimming pool was most welcome to cool off in. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff and we would definitely stay again.

It’s spacious and very clean. I liked the little details like a welcome pack with dishwasher soap and other cleaning products. Coffee, tea and milk. Above all, the friendly receptionist who was asking if everything was at wish, every-time I passed the reception.

It needs some painting here and there. It looks old and dirty at first sight but when I checked all corners and spaces, my worries were gone. I was at first a bit disappointed about the pics being a bit nicer over reality.. but as soon I made sure everything was bug free and super clean, I liked the apartment very much.

Very comfortable apartment in great location. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely view. Very friendly staff. Short walk to bus. Shops close by.

On noisy road, but once windows closed and air conditioning on, hardly noticeable. Could have another armchair in living area. Lobby needs refreshing, to make more presentable.

The apartment almost had everything you needed. The rooms were set up well. The kitchen was large enough to cook meals in. Staff were helpful when needed.

The washing machine/dryer did not actually dry any clothes, we had to launder our towels this was difficult waiting for them to dry etc. Not really what you want to be doing on holiday. There was no spray and wipe to clean the kitchen after cooking. If we wanted a clean/room spruce up through the week we had to pay more which I think was not good.

Nice little apartment that has everything you need. Dishwasher, fridge, stove and cooking utensils. 2 separate bedrooms from the main living/dining room with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We were in unit 303. Comfy beds and air-conditioning in the lounge.

We didn't know there was renovations going on in unit 301 which is right next door. They didn't start until around 8am but it was a bit noisy when they did so if you're looking for day time naps maybe ask for one on a different level.

Everything included was as per the advertisement. The apartment as clean and well appointed. 4 of us were very happy with the accommodation, thank you

I rented 2 apartments and in the 7 nights we stayed we only could get off street parking for 1 vehicle on 2 occasions. The street where the apartments are located was also very hard to secure parking in on a few occasions causing us to park a few streets away more than once.

The apartment had everything we needed for our two night stay, and we were very grateful to be able to get an earlier check-in.. Great communication with the host. Good location to get to the shops, restaurants, city, and airport

The building foyer and reception/lift area is a bit dated, but our apartment was nice and comfortable, so it was not really an issue. .

The room was modern, spacious, comfortable and clean, with beautiful photography on the walls and everything we could possibly need was provided. Staff were so friendly and helpful, it's in a great location and very affordable. I've stayed in at least 20 Brisbane hotels and this is my favourite. This was our second stay at Hampton Court and I loved it so much I had booked the next stay before we even left.

I wouldn't change a thing.
