The location is great, apartment is very comfortable, and perfect for exploring Brisbane. My child slept on the sofa bed and sleep well. For a heavier person, like an adult, the mattress would probably be a bit soft. The Rambla personnel are very responsive and attentive. There are a lot of negative reviews regarding the electronic system, but we simply used the pin access code given to us and didn't bother with the app, and everything was perfect. The strange thing is that in order to go up, you need to pay attention to which panel you are using in the lift. The one with the pool shouldn't be used to go up to the apartment! The pool was amazing and my daughter had a lot of fun.

The bed in the main bedroom was very springy. My partner and I kept waking each other up because the other one was turning.

Nice and cozy. Close to train station. Spacious rooms. Good views Kitchen facilities were great Washer and dryer were good.

- The bedroom and bathroom doors were very queerly and loud. They need some WD40 otherwise you wake everyone up in the apartment and it isn’t nice. - Not knowing what “zone” on the air conditioning panel is what room was a struggle. If one person wanted to be warmer but the other cooler, we didn’t know what zone to change. Maybe have the labelled? - The physical key was good but the keys on phone were temperamental and wouldn’t open the door or lift without 5 goes. - A couple more spare bin bags would be good too. - The fridge wasn’t very cold unfortunately.

Apartment size and layout was very impressive, location is excellent. Washer and dryer - worked well. The bathroom is large and layout is efficient.

No major concerns noted. However addressing some minor cleanliness / housekeeping improvements would have had my rating much higher. From the air vents in the bedroom, a spray of dust / lint on the wall all the way over to the art. I dropped my purse and had to reach under the bed to get it- while there I also found someone’s eyeliner pencil and a plastic bag. The toilet brush holder is rusty and had water sitting in the base. One push button (half flush) missing from the toilet. And the hand soap should be the dispenser closest to the sink in the bathroom- otherwise you will use up so much moisturiser because guests use the wrong pump.

Overall a very good stay. Stayed for 9 nights. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Washing machine, dryer and kitchenette were great for a longer stay.

It was a nuisance to use the Web key, as neither my own wifi nor Rambla's wifi work at basement carpark when I wanted to go up to my room, so Needed to go up via exit route where there was no light in one region. Was later provided a physical key. The physical key was not easily detected when tapping on the sensor in the lift. Needed to tap it multiple times at different angles and positions, so could be frustrating. It was not the most user-friendly design and system. Other than this, everything else was great.

great location, comfortable apartment with amazing rooftop pool and spa! Bed was super comfy! Digital key was handy once you figured out how to use it. Cookware was a little used and kitchenware is very basic but daily top up of cleaning things was handy. An alarm did keep going off frequently, especially during the night. Not sure what caused it and it was rectified pretty quickly. Staff were really helpful, sorted out our tv issues and parking really quickly. The wifi connection was pretty bad in our apartment which made streaming shows/movies a little slow.

Location was great. Close to trains and buses. Easy for Uber to find us. Apartment was delightful. Spacious for two of us and had all the amenities as described. The beds were comfortable and the shower was a good size. The kitchen had all the necessary items for our stay. The pool and spa were wonderful! We used them every day! Plenty of linen provided along with washing liquid for dishes and laundry. Communication with the hosts was great. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Location was ok. Most items in the kitchen provided were good & all were clean. Parking facilities were great. Great to have a washing machine & dryer.

A limited amount of toilet paper was provided. The bathroom floor was not as clean as it could have been, and the rug could have been vacuumed. No potato peeler or potato masher provided. Worst of all was that the keycode rarely worked, and I had to continuously use a password provided, which was difficult when hands are full with shopping.

Loved the location we were walking distance to the local shops for food and to bus and train stations. We were just a short drive away from everything. The apartment was more than what I was expecting. They had provided everything that you could need for a short stay. milk, coffee, tea sugar and items for washing up. These are items that I usually have to purchase which can be costly and you only need a little bit of it. the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans for cooking dinner for the family along with everything needed to keep the apartment clean which I really appreciated as eating out every night can become costly.

parking was easy to find just a little tricky to get into the first time. there is a keypad on the right hand side of the wall which meant I had to be on the wrong side of the road to reach the keypad. Just lucky someone wasn't leaving when I was trying to access the carpark. I would like to see more car parks but that was just a minor complaint.

Very clean and nice modern apartment, the one bedroom apartment was a good size and had nearly everything we needed. The hotel was mostly perfect except for a couple of things below.

The code for the lift sometimes didn't work, this was very frustrating when you need to be at an appointment on time or moving lots of luggage. Also, no one wants to download an app to access a hotel, get rid of this tedious feature or fix the code entry that often doesn't work. We booked for two adults and a baby.. they rolled out the sofa bed for our baby (lol) and we requested a high chair but they didn't have one available.

The apartment was a great size, and had all the basic kitchen accessories/appliances you'd need for a short stay. The rooftop pool and spa was great! Location was very convenient to the valley and the city driving or via e scooter, and the train station was right across the road. Also even tho it's by a somewhat busy road you cannot hear any traffic noise from inside the apartment, we were actually quite impressed. You could however hear housekeeping yelling "housekeeping" from the hallway anytime they were servicing neighbouring rooms.

The mattress and pillows weren't very comfortable, and the bathroom fan made an incredibly loud banging noise anytime the light was on (just meant if you went to the toilet while the other was sleeping you had to do so by phone torch or in pitch dark).
