The room was beautifully furnished, new and very clean. I'm surprised there's a check-in gift. The location of the hotel is very convenient, 3 minutes to walk to the Valley Metro Station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. When I park my car, the staff is very happy to help me find my parking space. The infinity pool and spa are astonishing. There is a very big balcony on the roof, our family enjoyed an amazing view of Brisbane city.I noticed there are some Barbecue facilities and leisure tables and chairs here. Maybe next time, we can try a barbecue party. The mattress in the master bedroom was firm enough for my lower back pain, and the staff kindly added a softer mattress to the other bed for my child.

I Loved everything! it was all clean, sleek and modern. I loved that we got a mini apartment for our one week stay, we could spread out and didn’t have to be confined.

Nothing major to complain about, but the room we were in (2311) the shower doors seal didn’t work the best so our bathroom got flood quite flooded everytime we showered but didn’t affect our stay. Staff gave us more towels and the washing machine and dryer helped too. Bit worried about there being no screen in the balcony though. Only a sliding door and then nothing, it’s a bit concerning being no gauze or anything

Clean fresh and new excellent presentation and staff was very happy and friendly

being slugged for $25 for an overnight parking charge, put a very bad taste into my mouth as to question whether I should book again.

The kiwi member of staff on the front desk was an absolute babe! Helped us with a few issues we had during our 6 day stay, made sure we were all settled afterwards and even helped carry our bags up to the 25th floor for us when a trolley wasn’t available. The apartment itself is lovely, but it needs to be kit out with a few more kitchen items. Sauna was a great add on as well as the laundry in the room. We also lovedddd the drag bar on the opposite side of the road! Overall it was an 8.5/10

The rest of the staff need a few more hours training… Other than the lovely kiwi lady (who we didn’t get the name of unfortunately), we dealt with some quite impatient staff, who seemed to be annoyed that they actually had to do their job when issues arose. It was mainly fine but it meant we went without a cooking hob for 2 out of our 6 day stay because of incompetence

Great view. Very clean.

The parking was difficult to understand. For some reason you have to drive on the opposite side of Australian roads? Wasn’t told of parking fee.

These apartments are very well looked after nice and clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our late check (early hours of the morning- key safe at reception). Even though these apartments are right in the centre of Fortitude Valley the room was nice and quiet. (we could barely hear any street noise, we were on floor 24).

The only downfalls were the bed is very firm and the shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor when you showered. Staff did do everything they could to assist with shower overflow by providing extra towels and they did have maintenance attend as well. Unfortunately I think this is a design floor when the bathrooms were renovated/built as the fall of water is wrong.

It was clean and always maintained

The rubbish the room was full with bags of rubbish not being able to be placed down the shute at the time possibly because of the holiday season. *A recommendation for hygiene purposes have a tiled or Lino floor so that it can be mopped daily to prevent smells or stains from spilled rubbish. The window in the room was cracked and should have been replaced before the holiday season and before letting out to customers. It could have been a hazard if the weather got worse. We were lucky It was very handy to stores and public transportation also a local pub across the road on the corner for drinks I wouldn’t recommend eating there as it was a bit pricey, however nice eating

view from the unit was incredible! loved having access to pool & hot tub, small gym, and rooftop. full kitchen was great to save some cost. washer and dryer were super helpful especially for washing wet swimsuits.

parking was an additional fee (dont believe that fee was listed) which wasn't too expensive but hadn't prepared for that. elevators were a little slow because of the size of the building. absolutely hated the bathroom sink. there should never ever be a giant above counter sink in the only bathroom, it should always be undermount to maximize counter space. poor design choice, clearly made by a builder and not a design professional.

Friendly staff, clean apartment, well furnished and well equipped apartment. I particularly appreciated the huge fridge and freezer for my drinks and snacks. Perfect for staying in a gay-friendly area of the city - it's opposite a large gay bar.

Being allocated an apartment on the top floor it took a long time to call a lift or to get from the apartment to the ground floor and vice versa. Also my key fob didn't always seem to register so my lift order got cancelled during the journey from the lobby to the correct floor. The owners are working on it but the gym and pool could do with an upgrade.,

Modern furnishings, beautifully decorated interior, super comfortable beds, good location, great appliances like the dishwasher, washer/dryer, pool and gym

Lack of basic essentials like salt and pepper, scissors, and there was only 1 dishwashing powder when we were staying for 5 nights. Reception were able to give us more dishwashing power, but would be good for the property to consider the length of stay and number of guests to determine how much essentials should be left in the room.
