The check in was amazing - efficient, took into account our special requests, personal follow up, and the check out was the same - staff so helpful and kind. The accomodation was huge and had everything we needed and more and was just a really great space to have on a short stay - and would be really suitable for a longer stay too. The location was fantastic we walked to many places - shopping and cafes and music venue, and also easy to hop on the bus to get into town which was comfortable, reliable, close and only cost 50c each way. Really overall a brilliant experience. And a great price too.

I can't actually identify anything that I didn't like - which is unusual for me!

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The location is good.

The kitchen ustensils and cooking pots were not well clean. The pots and pans are in Tefal and damaged which is not great for health… please change these for stainless steel. We were supposed to arrive in the middle of the cyclone Alfred, but our flight got cancelled so we had to change our booking. The staff were not really understanding about the situation and we could only get a voucher … so we had to cancel another booking to be able to use the voucher and not loose money.

Location is great, good value for money, hassle free parking (but paid, to be expected in The Valley). Professional, helpful, staff. All the stuff you need for a short stay.

I can see noise could be an issue either from the inner courtyard (our bedroom backed onto this) or from the balcony, especially from any parties held in adjacent apartments. But nobody expects a deathly hush here and I didn’t have any issues for my trip. And I am particularly sensitive to unwanted noise overnight.

I enjoyed my stay at The Miro Apartments. The room was very clean and well equipped. The size was quite big. Everything looks new. The staff was professional and helpful. The WIFI was strong. Although it was not in downtown, there were bus services nearby taking you to the city center in ~ 20 minutes. The instruction to get inside the building and get the keys was clear.

Great location. Clean. Nice. Great staff. Overall was excellent.

Had trouble working the ceiling fan. Too many cupboards and doors got confusing. Kept kicking my toe on floor on the raised section between lounge and bathroom. Would also be easy to accidentally smash through the glass shower recess. Some sort of warning sign on the glass might help. Did not like the gap between the mattresses on main bed.

Modern contemporary room. Plenty of space. Convenient access and parking. Close to numerous food outlets. On a side street say nice and quiet.

Not that I didn’t like it, but the fridge is behind a large cupboard door. And the design of the shower water always splashes out onto the floor because of the way the showerhead faces nothing to criticise or to make it a bad experience.

The location was perfect for us, close to the Brisbane river and one of the free City hopper "stops", close to the train staion and the Airlink train, and close to cafés and supermarkets. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The apartment was well-equipped, there was everything we needed. The bathroom was clean. We also liked the fact that the builing was quiet.

There was just one thing that I didn't enjoy, and it was the fan in the bathroom that was running 24/7 and could not be turned off (I was told it was a kind of vertical ventilation in the building). I found it rather loud, especially at night and had to sleep with ear plugs. On the other hand, it could have been just me being super sensitive, as my partner didn't mind it.

I really liked the location, the facilities in the room, the keypad for opening the door, the carpack availability. The quietness. the inside aread in the building is very quiet.

The bathroom doors barely close, they are light and shakes with wind and it is a bit noisy when it does. The shower place has no shelf to put your toilleteries. or the balcony view was straight to an Office.

Location and basic comforts were good, had everything I needed! Staff were friendly and helpful

A clock in the bedroom, would be great! No instructions for the oven to operate it, not enough dishwasher powder to operate daily- only one sachet supplied and not replenished!
