Recently we were fortunate enough to spend a weekend at Heal House. Being local to the area and between residences we stumbled upon this wonderful B&B out of necessity on a weekend visit to Brisbane. This property has been superbly renovated and maintained by the owners Bryce and Lindsay and care and passion is evident here in all that they do. The decor is smart without being pretentious and the quality of accommodation is of the highest standard. On both mornings we enjoyed a delicious breakfast which was fresh and wonderfully presented in a private setting on the veranda. We were made to feel both at home and at ease in this delightful home. It's the attention to detail and those little special touches that make this type of stay special. Thank you Bryce and Lindsay.

A beautiful house is complete with the finer details of quality Sheridan towls and furnishings. Why go out for breakfast when you can have it served complementary on the verandah. The breakfast would be competitive to any of the finer cafes in the area and served by the most friendliest and most helpful of hosts. Upon first entry, we had a sense of calmness and at ease. The room we had was small but the bathroom made up it. The bed was compfy and the area was very quiet. A beautiful garden to admire and the house was very admirable. Well done to the hosts. Highly recommend this place.

I stayed at the Heal House for three days, and my stay here made my first trip to Brisbane special. This location makes it easy to go to famous places in Brisbane. It is a great location to enjoy Story Bridge, New Farm Park, James Street, and more. It is a place where you can have a romantic wake with the sound of birdsong, and the facility was not uncomfortable to stay, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Lindsay's breakfast is stylish, healthy and tidy in taste. Bryce's kind attention and kind guidance on trip to Brisbane is excellent. I express my deep appreciation for the careful consideration and attention they have shown me during my stay. I really recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place! The room was very cozy, clean, and stylish, making us feel right at home. Bryce & Lindsay (our hosts) were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable experience. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast they prepared for us. The location was perfect—very convenient and close to everything we needed. Bryce’s advice on public transport was also incredibly helpful, making it easy for us to explore the area. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Heal House is the quintessential good old fashioned B&B. The house itself is stunning, renovated beautifully with enough modern touches that it is comfortable, while still maintaining its charm, but it was the service that really blew us away! Firstly, Bryce and Lindsay are the most gracious of hosts, reserving us a carpark, showing us through the place even though we were late, stocking a complimentary mini bar, etc. And then there was the breakfast. Absolutely beautiful. Poached eggs, smoked salmon, fresh OJ… I could go on and on. Will be staying there again, and highly recommend!

We liked the whole experience; our hosts were most engaging, willing to share their home in a way we found most unique. They explained the history of the house, their rennovation journey as well as the workings of the home. Our breakfast was cooked to perfection, and included all our choices. The breakfast location was a wonderful view of the area. We were offered complimentary drinks and snacks through the day. Our hosts were very informative about the area and how best to navigate the city.

Lindsay and Bryce were the perfect hosts. Their local knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. Pre- arrival text messages, with parking details and a friendly and warm welcome upon arrival.

The feel of the property was unique in every detail. It was truely as though you were visiting friends and they made you feel so comfortable.

Exceptional breakfast with Bryce and Lindsay ensuring dietary requirements well taken care of. Everything exceeded our expectations. Pre check-in was great, Bryce easy to communicate with to make arrangements for check-in outside of suggested times. Stressless booking. Fantastic, will visit again.

Heal House is exquisite, from the exterior front facade to the internal lounge rooms. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished & the beds are comfortable with excellent full cotton bed linen & huge bath sheets. Our room & ensuite was meticulously clean, and the location of this B & B in a quiet street in New Farm was an easy walk to James Street & the Howard Smith Wharves ... & a 5 to 6 min Uber ride to the CBD. But what really makes Heal House so extraordinary is the 7-star hospitality. You would not find better anywhere in Brisbane. Bryce & Lindsay's genuine wamth, kindness & care to deliver outstanding service is out of this world. Loaning us "2 Go Cards", to help us navigate the transport services in the city, to each morning serving us fresh tea & coffee with fabulous muesli if one chooses. This is followed by a full cooked breakfast of poached eggs, avocado, grilled cherry tomatoes & smoked salmon with lemon & chives. This B & B is seriously outstanding, & the service & care for guests is nothing short of remarkable. This impeccable facility will definitely become our first option for accommodation every time we stay in Brisbane. That's when there are vacancies, of course. Don't take our word for it. Try it for yourself. You will NOT be disappointed.

Bryce and Lindsay were so attentive and thoughtful to each individual guest and this is also reflected in the love they've put into designing the Heal House.
