Able to park in the accommodation building and go straight up in the lift to my room Having a balcony and view even if it was distant high rise buildings which were very Prity at night enjoyed the swimming and spa pools

Did not know of a beach close by until reading this survey!!!

Great location close to the city. Short hop across the river on the city cats. The apartment was really spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Having a trolley in the carpark made it easy to take our bags up too. Nice to be met by a lovely lady on reception, both friendly and helpful. Short walk to Storey Bridge Hotel and cafes. Nice to stroll around the park and river also

I would’ve liked a couple more tea and coffee pouches. We ran out 🙃 I’m sure I could’ve had more if I had asked but it was only a short walk to the coffee shop 👍

The facilities in this accommodation are second to none. Filtered water, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes rack, cleaning equipment, the list is endless. The living area was as comfortable as home with an excellent size tv. We had a small balcony which was lovely to sit on at the beginning and end of the day. The shower was an excellent size and powerful. At first the location seemed remote but on walking round we realised there were quite a few bars and restaurants, and a couple of local convenience stores. So it totally met our needs. A short walk and you were in the centre of town. An allocated parking space was welcome and the security systems to entre the building and our accommodation made us feel safe. We would definitely recommend the Docks on Goodwin

Beautiful pool area and not at all busy, had it to ourselves most of the time! Huge apartment, very nicely furnished. Nice location with short walk to two ferry stops, takes about an hour to get to North Quay. The new bridge across to the botanic gardens is a great addition! Was a bit worried about there being no air conditioning in the bedroom but the fan was very effective

No luggage storage on public holidays was tricky for us with a late flight on our departure day. Ferry routes are changing this week so I think the location might be less appealing going forward.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived at midnight and were able to call a number and given a code to access a locked box for the apartment key. Unfortunately, no room safe to keep valuables secure. 10 minute walk from the apartment to Brisbane City. Two Grocery stores within the complex. Easy reach of 5 or 6 good restaurants.

There was an overhead fan in the bedroom but unfortunately the ceiling and the fan were very dusty so we just used the air-conditioning instead.

Location, location, location!! The unit we stayed in was roomy, very nicely furnished, and contained a good variety of dishes/utensils, making it easy to self cater if you wished rather than eating out. We were extremely lucky to be on the eastern side of the building where we enjoyed beautiful breezes and were able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy all there was to offer. Easy after hours check in. It was a bonus to receive a car park that was included in our tariff. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely return.

The door onto our balcony didn't lock, and we don't think it has locked for quite some time. Advised to slam it. We didn't like to slam it too hard in case we broke the glass. Being a weekend, maintenance wasn't available. The bathroom could do with a really good clean, and the doona needs to be replaced as it had stains and looked quite grubby.

We loved the location. It's in a quiet oasis so close to the CBD, with a good choice of eateries, walkways, and parkland close by. The soon to be completed pedestrian bridge to the CBD to Kangaroo Point will only improve an already great location. The room was well equipped and had plenty of space for the two of us. Having free access to WiFi and Foxtel is a real bonus. The included secure undercover parking, so close to the CBD, was a real draw card for us. The large heated pool area and tennis courts are also a bonus, although we didn't have the opportunity to try them out on this trip.

One small problem with the room layout is that's its almost impossible to prevent the tv from interrupting the sleep of anyone who wants to go to bed or get up early, as there is no door between the lounge and bedroom. Also, the mattress in our room was a bit tired and saggy and in need of replacement, in our view.

Hotel is very well located - stones through from Story Bridge Hotel, 10 min walk from City Hopper and has a decent view of the river (and Fireworks) Air con worked well and the kitchen was sufficient for 4 Adults (and Baby). Wifi worked well, so we could stream off our Computers.

Room Facilities were a bit dated and the room could have been a bit cleaner from the previous guest (vacuuming under couches). TV setup is a not fit for purpose anymore - We struggled to get Foxtel to work properly and the signal kept cutting out. New equipment and cabling would fix the issue.

Everything is near within 20 minutes range kind of distance. It is good to have a secure parking space and I am glad that in this apartment, the parking lot is assigned to the apartment number. I felt very secure during this period of stay in Docks on Goodwin. The reception was very helpful and guided us to our apartment. Nearby there are eating places which is convenient for us! The apartment is clean and tidy, it was well maintained. We got the apartment with a bit of Japanese design, that is with sliding doors. I and my wife love it very much! If we are coming back to Brisbane, for sure, we will book this apartment for our stay again.

Musty smell whenever we walked into the apartment when all the windows had been closed. Could not fit a king size bed in the master bedroom. No grocery shops within walking distance, though there is a convenience store
