A roomy, pleasant apartment. While there was no real view, the outlook was pleasant enough over the cull de sac street. It was in easy walking distance to restaurants, convenience store and a slightly longer walk over the bridge, across the river, to the CBD, sightseeing and entertainment areas eg casino, museum, Botanical Gardens

Drapes over the blinds would have ensured a darkened room. A bright light from the neighbours outlined the window and cut right across the pillow. Disappointed that the Spa was closed at the time we chose to stay but had to laugh at the large lizard basking in the shallows of the pool

Great view , perfect location , plenty of food options around .

I think the benches and over all cleaning could be better , the kettle was dirty and needs to be cleaned out with vinegar . The internet wasn’t fully functional and couldn’t access the tv to watch movies using the app . The main bedroom aircon needs to be cleaned out it’s full of mould , it does not work in heat mode either . The benches looked like it had just been wiped with a soapy water lots of residue left on bench and crumbs .

Bridgewater Apartments is well located with marts, cafe and restaurants with 2-3 mins walk. The ferry is less than 10mins walk away and the bus stop a couple of minutes away. It’s a spacious room with a fridge and kettle for coffee & tea.

A small side table and chair would be handle as there is nowhere except bed or in the cupboard to place things like keys, bag, etc The $200 deposit which is not returned within 3 days but can take up to 7 days or longer if paid by an international credit card. Cash option should be offered and returned at check-out if check-out is within reception hours so a check can be made then.

Massive two bedroom unit, so close to everything, all necessary amenities within a short walk. Well equipped rooms. Incredibly spacious living area. Full bathroom in both bedrooms, separate laundry space (which you nearly never see in aparthotels any more). Staff were incredibly helpful. I mean they really went above and beyond in helping me. They couldn’t personally assist me in getting my family’s bags up, but they organised a trolley I could use to get us up to the room. They also allowed me to temporarily park on the drop zone so I could facilitate getting my disabled father and 3 year old son up to the apartment.

This isn’t really a downside for me, but the TV system is linked to the wifi and you use your phone to login and watch your various subscription streaming services. That in itself was fine, but the wifi wasn’t very strong so it made for a pretty cross son of mine when he realised Bluey (which he was apparently deprived of for the 12 days overseas) would be buffering forever. Eventually I switched to hot spotting his iPad from my phone and that did the trick, but we still couldn’t get good signal out of the regular TV even for digital TV channels. Again, not an issue for me, I don’t watch TV, but the gremlin noticed.

We stayed as a family of seven, 3 children and 4 adults. The apartment was really nice, lots of room, two bathrooms, laundry, we could cook a full meal and sit on comfortable furniture. We felt it was real value for money and couldn’t believe the views. Staff were amazing and friendly. Neighbourhood was great with yummy pizza shop. Only a few minutes walk to the free river boats.

If I was really critical I would say the glass furniture (table and chairs, coffee table) were dated and needed a tidy up/maintenance.

Very large and spacious apartment with amazing views. Well located and very comfortable.

There were only 2 lifts and one was out of use for the whole stay. The other was out of use some of the time with no information given to us. At one point we were stuck downstairs for 10 mins unable to get to the apartment. There were no stairs other than the fire escape. Superficially the apartment was clean but it was dirty under beds and behind furniture.

Lovely view of the river, large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Nice family orientated pool. Gym facility. Several cafes / restaurants / pubs neaby. Good selection of TV channels. Great underground car parking.

Lack of toiletries in second bathroom, only 2 bowls in an apartment capable of having 6 people in it. Dripping air con unit in second bedroom meant had to move to the 3rd (2 single beds) room. Payment taken prior to our arrival, when I booked it said 'pay at property'.

Beautiful view over the Brisbane River! We have never stayed in Kangaroo Point previously but found it great for restaurants that were close by! The 3 Bedroom apartment was spacious for 4 adults & 3 children, compared to other properties! Parking for visitors is difficult on a Saturday evening!

The airconditiong was inconsistent in 2 bedrooms, reported on day 1 (King room fixed) then the 2 single bedroom was not cooling!

Great location, easy to get to and around, onsite parking, spacious, the pool and spa were awesome! Had direct access to the waterfront walk path. Beautiful view.

Some bedding was stained. Cob webs in the corners of rooms. Soap bars instead of pump bottles. Not enough towels that I could find, we booked for 6 and only found 4? No sugar with the coffee and teas.

Great location with the best access to Brisbane CBD and Southbank. It’s nice to have a balcony with views. Great swimming pool for the hot days.

I would love to see king size beds. The rooms are big enough and would take it to the next level. It’s something I actively search for but don’t often find unless I pay big dollars for a lot of other features I can live without.
