the property is just near the inner city, plenty of places to go to. it’s just when we stayed there that the pathway to story bridge was closed. however, we managed to walk on the other bridge which has an incredible view of the city especially at night. didn’t hear any noise maybe because we stayed during the easter holiday. all facilities including the laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues, dishwashing soap, sponge, tea towel, chux, and bin liners were provided.

the fridge was making a noise. we couldn’t figure out how to use the dryer and room’s aircon but not really an issue. the dishwasher smelled musty so we just opted to handwash our dishes.

Location was great, easy walk to pub (Shafston) with great food and atmosphere. A little further to walk to The Storey Bridge where there were plenty of options for breakfast / lunch and dinner > a fabulous little Japanese restaurant called Mobo - the food was delicious. Unit was clean and quiet. Plenty of room and very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen - so can't comment.

Miscommunication, we asked if we could leave luggage before check in as we had tickets to an event, we were told yes, and then closer to the date, was told > no staff at reception on weekends. So that left us needing a plan B for 2 suitcases.

We felt right at home in this spacious, comfortable apartment which was in a great location. We loved the Kangaroo Point area which has lots of lovely bars and restaurants within easy reach. Everything worked, the shower water pressure was great, the air con was a welcome relief from the Brisbane December humidity (I wouldn’t have been able to sleep without it), the bed was big and comfy and the staff were great and so accommodating with our requests. We loved the little touches like the tea/coffee/sugar sachets, the wash powder etc and I was impressed that there was even an iron and ironing board! We loved the large balcony with a table and chairs to sit on and enjoy the views with the trees and birds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and couldn’t fault anything about this place.

The location was great for us. The 1 bedroom apartment was great for 2 people. We loved having a good-sized balcony with nice outdoor settings. I loved the kitchen. We didn't need to use the washing machine or dryer, but we both thought this would be a perfect apartment if working in the city. We felt very comfortable staying here! We had a view of the Story bridge from our bedroom and water view from the balcony. We arrived after 3pm and checked out early, so we didn't see any staff. However, the check-in information and key pick up was super easy!! Uber and taxis found the location with ease. We will be back!!

There was a smell when you walked into the apartment but with a little room spray (yes, i always travel with my favourite room spray). It smelt like it was coming from the bathroom pipes.

Large window views of river from bedroom and lounge, great large balcony for dining, great location for Uber to and from city under $19 one way. Very close to Dockside jetty for river taxis which were free or cheap depending on which on you got . Easy onboard contactless Visa payment. Now we know our way around, where to get alcohol and groceries and how to use the river ferries it's a great good value place to stay, I will stay there again definitely, nice swimming pool.

Very few bars, pubs or supermarkets near so you need to grocery shop in the city before going to apartment.

Great size

The furniture ( lounges and clothes airer) needs to be updated, the kitchen saucepans also need to be replaced The sofa bed has no linen and stains on the mattress The remote for the fan in the lounge area doesn’t work More than 2 rolls of toilet paper and a small portion of soap washing powder and dishwashing liquid could be provided if the apartment is not serviced ( $1400) is surely ample to warrant this. No wifi password was provided

We stayed Apartment 42 which was one bedroom, it was spacious with glass doors opening to a good size balcony area. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom/ laundry suited our needs. Kitchen/dining were reasonably equipped considering some guests think it is ok to pinch anything of quality. Being over 70 years did not deter us from walking down and back to Dockside Wharf to catch the KittyCat, a fabulous free ferry service to South Wharf and North Quay. It is a hilly area. We enjoyed our three night stay.

It would be a big help to guests if the apartment owners provided a folder with some information on the area and the facilities nearby, ie supermarket, grog shop. When we arrived on Saturday afternoon the office was closed till Monday, they did provide an after hours phone number.

View Watching the ferries up and down the river. Walking and viewing the people walking their dogs. Having brunch aty the watyerside cafe. Great balcony - even though didnt really use. Close to the Gabba- walked to my sons .

Matress was unsupportive/ at edges and you could not move without disturbing my wife on the bed. Bathroom tired, grouting and shower screen overdue for a professional renovation. Previous regrouting and sealing poorly executed.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It's a great location

Check-in wasn't great. Didn't get instructions on how to get our keys to the apartment as reception is only open Monday to Friday. Rang the after-hours number 3 times but no answer. It was 3 o'clock when I messaged Booking.com customer service and explained the situation, and 5 minutes later, I got the instructions to enter the apartment

The apartments were close to my surgeon's offices. I needed to recovery from major surgery and travel to his surgery for wound dressing. I felt safe, everything I needed was in the apartment, washing, cooking, shower and a lovely balcony to sit and have a cuppa and look at the view of Brisbane. The housekeepers were excellent and provided all that i needed during my stay. The manager, Cindy would text me to arrange housekeeping and to check in on me.
