The reception staff member was very friendly and informative. Location was fantastic! Cafe and restaurants are nearby and good taste. The newly built Kangaroo point bridge is excellent to access to botanic garden and south bank. The car park is available at the front of the apartment which is easy to access and never be issue to find a space. The room we stayed was also spacious and great view for the river. Large undercovered verandah was great for breakfast and relaxing afternoon wine or two. I'd like to stay again this room next time come to Brisbane.

As same as many other apartments, kitchen utensils need to upgraded. One small pan and one utensil knife is a bit inconvenient for a family. Wish to have at least a spatula. Fitted hair dryer in the master bedroom but plug wasn't working (already mentioned at reception so hope it will fixed next time)

As we left at 5am its a pain after getting car from carpark driving to main entrance to load luggage into car then having to go back up to the reception to drop off key and then having to go back to entrance via the lifts.Why dont you have a lockable drop box for keys for at entance for early departures only. This could be cleared early each morning and have a shutter to stop other guests from using it during the day. We stayed at Docks on Goodwin and they have a drop box for guests like us.Just a valid comment for consideration.

Our room and the view was quite lovely. The room was spacious with everything we needed. Checkin was easy and the staff were lovely and the free ferry was quite close and that was terrific as we were able to get around quite easily. Also, some very nice walks along the river.

It’s a very quiet location. Nothing around and we walked for ages trying to find a cafe or restaurant that was open on a Monday. The free ferry so close was fantastic though and I think we needed up spending more time away from Kangaroo Point. Also, not too keen on the shower in the bath with a shower curtain that looked like it needed replacing. It was quite squishy and wouldn’t be easy for some people to get in and out of.

The apartments are located right on the river and we had great views over the river watching the passing boats and ferries. City hopper ferry is next to the apartments and gives great access to the city and other attractions (ie southbank). The rooms are spacious and quiet, with good carparking close by and easy access to some nice places to eat etc. We have been staying here once or twice a year for many years and have always enjoyed our stay

The water pressure in the apartment we were in this time was a bit poor.

Very well situated. Everything went well from reception to parking. The ‘kitty cat’ ferry leaves from outside - free service; and has many stops along the river. We booked a 2 bedroom suite that had everything you would need for a stay. It was clean, modern and quiet. The balcony overlooked the river. Parking was very reasonable, undercover and secure. The gentleman on the desk when we arrived was extremely helpful and informed us of places to eat, provided the ferry timetable as well the usual briefing on departure procedures. The Dockside was everything we had hoped for and will be our go to destination for Brisbane stays.

Location and close to Ferry Terninal

A/C was not working properly. Extremely warm and very little air flow. Put up with it for the 1st night. Had ot looked at and it was "fixed" but still didn't cool properly. Asked for a pedestal fan to use in the bedroom. They had changed it for a previous occupant. Shower set up needs attention and fixtures were rusty. Window coverings needed addressing, inadequate Convection oven, but no instructions on how to use. Not everyone knows how things work

They were very accommodating. We arrived late in the hotel due to the terrible weather plus my kid was unwell. They have still assisted us even if it was already around 8pm and it was at no cost! They have promptly changed our bed sheets because my son has made a mess on the bed and they made it very neatly. Thank you to that lady from the housekeeping and her companion - the bed was very neat and tidy. Thank you to her for giving us spare towels and extra laundry and dishwashing liquid. Thank you to the lady that has assisted us during our check in - she waited patiently until we arrived. Thank you to the reception guy this morning who gave us an extra hour to stay in the room as my son was unwell. Thank you to Dockside Hotel team. Keep up the good team work! To that housekeeping lady who has assisted us during our stay - SHE DESERVES A PROMOTION, A BONUS, A RECOGNITION. We will definitely come back!

The television needs to be upgraded into an android tv. There were very few channels that were working and interesting to watch. Anyway,.everything was very good!

Great location. Nice rooms and views of the Brisbane River. The pool was just the right temperature to cool off. The Free 'RED' Ferry ride across the river to the CBD and South Bank was great. Carlton Blues Beat Brisbane Lions! 🤣 I would stay here again as the negs below can be rectified and the staff were great

We wanted rooms on the same level so our family could go apartment to apartment, but we were put on different levels without key access. This was eventually supplied. We used scooters to get around but the area near the hotel was not a service area for the scooters so they didn't work all the way back to the hotel or from the hotel area. The nearby ferry dock was under construction/repair so it will be better when completed. This stopped our access to the board walk river area. The escalators were broken during our visit. A bottleshop next to or included in the supermarket across the road would have been handy. A gym in the building would be great too.

We attended for our daughters wedding in Brisbane and booked 3 rooms in total for our needs. Each room was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Our stay was seamless, Mark at check in could not have been more helpful and welcoming, we had a additional people attending for hair makeup, flower deliveries etc and nothing was a problem. The views were sensational! Thankyou! We will stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff member Mark very helpful at check in. Location was superb. Staff in the Lawn Cafe very welcoming. View from the balcony amazing and we woke up on Saturday morning to a mini rowing regatta on the river below.

Unit was on the 11th floor and was good but could do with new carpet and paint. There's a yellow stain that looks like spilled curry in front of the television. The mattress in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable and had clearly seen better days.
