The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. Wish we could've fit more in! The bed was really comfortable and the full blackout shutters on the windows were amazing. A short walk to Eagle St Pier, the new Star Casino precinct AND Queen Street Mall - the hotel is literally in the middle of all 3 locations. Will be perfect location when the Brisbane Underground opens, as the station is right across the road.

The view from the hotel is into another building. We were on the 25th floor and didn't really have a "view" but in fairness, a view wasn't something that was high on our priorities. $60 valet parking overnight on a weekend is a bit steep, especially when there is a parking garage 100m down the road, where it is $18 overnight for a weekend.

Location was excellent and staff very helpful.

The only negative comment would be the light system outside the room door on the 11th floor. Ours didn’t have any instructions as to what light to leave on for housekeeping. It was rubbed off and for two days we were missed and had to go down to reception three times to ask if our room could be serviced. They were very apologetic and it eventually was done, but that was very late in afternoon. One day we were left with no toilet paper, not just a spare, but none whatsoever on the roll, just a minor mishap!!!

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was substantial and there was plenty of food available. Upgrade was very much appreciated, and I liked being on a high floor.

Pillows were too high for my comfort-levels. There were no bin liners in the rubbish bin. I asked for my room to be serviced after housekeeping had left a card, and it was within the timeframe, but once I returned from being out - my room hadn't been serviced. The construction works were very noisy and continued after midnight!

The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, air-conditioning worked amazingly, as Four Points is a Marriot hotel, they allow you to access the fitness center and the pool in the Westin next door which was unexpected and well appreciated in Brisbane’s heat. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, I didn’t even realise you could order omelettes! The staff were super friendly on arrival and departure, even when I needed some bandaids unexpectedly

Unfortunately the location isn’t amazing if you use public transport heavily, once Cross River Rail opens, this will change and the hotel will be directly across from a train station, no fault of the hotel/staff though!

This hotel is in a fantastic location. it is within walking distance of a lot of the main things my husband and I wanted such as the casino and south and for restaurants. The staff were very friendly and approachable and the room was comfortable for the 2 nights we stayed.

The price of parking. we discovered after already committing to $60 per night many other car parks thay offered weekend rates from $12 to $15. One of the front staff members also forgot to tell us many of the required things that we then had to clarify such as the floor we were staying on and where the includes breakfast was.

- great location, within walking distance of the mall, casino, cafes, coffee shops, corner stores etc. - staff were very friendly and helpful. - it was super clean - the blockout blinds - soundproofed, which was good to block out the train tunnel construction a few metres down the road - the pillows were comfy - overall, really impressed with this hotel and will definately be back

- the aircon. No matter what we did, we could not get it to remain on the temperature we set it to. It would often drop down to 20 degrees and be freezing cold

The staff were very friendly and helpful and their level of service was fantastic. The location was also a huge positive for us being so close to South Bank, the new casino and an easy drive to access the motorways. The valet service was convenient and reliable.

The beds were uncomfortable On the our second night, the key card to the room was unable to turn on the electricity and there was no maintenance team on shift. The staff on the front desk were very helpful and very promptly provided us with another room.

Buffet breakfast was amazing- great selection and included in room rate! Room was tidy, staff were helpful and polite. I was concerned prior due to some bad reviews, but experienced none of those issues so figure its just people nit-picking.

Wasn't clear to me until arrival that the pool isn't actually on site - its the building next door, little annoying and feel like this needs to be more clearly stated - that they dont have a pool, they give you access to one at the Westin. Although we didn't mind, it was worth the walk. The pool is absolutely beautiful - pool bar only opens fri to sun 12-5pm, but great experience.

Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Only valet parking on site which we did opt for. Took 3 hours to receive our luggage as they lost our car. ( we did receive an apology which was appreciated). Breakfast hot foods were cold. Not very nice at all. On the 2nd morning we ordered poached eggs and 2 were still raw on the inside. Wouldn't recommend the Breakfast when there are so many nice cafes so close by.

This hotel is in a superb location, right in the heart of the CBD, within a 5 minute walk of the Queen St Mall and within 15 mins of Central station. The ability to use the beautiful pool and gym facilities at the Westin next door was an added bonus. The staff were super friendly and attentive. When the Cross River Rail opens it will be directly opposite a train station for easy access to the airport! There’s a reason Singapore Airlines uses this as their Brisbane crew hotel!

There’s nothing not to like!
