Decent size room; full size window with view up Charlotte st to Southbank wheel and a small side window that can be opened to let fresh air in; a lounge seating area; a large entry area (ideal to manoeuvre suitcases); good size wardrobe/ storage; bathroom with shower in bathtub and storage under the sink. Kitchenette hub with microwave, bar fridge, cutlery etc; full ironing board. Comfortable bed. Very quiet at night considering the busy location.

I would have like a toaster but I know it’s not always in the fire regulations.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Brisbane City Apartments. It was ideal for our 4 day stay, central to everywhere we wanted to go. Eventhough we arrived earlier than our check in time, we were allowed to drop our bags and come back early for check in. We appreciate the kindness and hospitality shown when we were weary and needed a place as soon as possible. We will definitely come back next time if we visit Brisbane. Thanks.

The room was clean, comfortable and great location.

Going through a third party was pretty difficult. I had to ask a few times about check in and what to do. No information was given until I asked and sent proof of payment. Had to walk into the hotel. Go into the carpark to get the keys. Then back out to get my car and back into the car park. This was made worse as it was late at night

There was no breakfast served. Otherwise it was ok everything else was provided and too located at a very convenient location closer to restaurants, coffee shops, cafes food places so breakfast was easy to find.

Just the height that made me worry on the first two days however got use to the place and forgot that I was on the 26th Floor of the building.

Very easy to contact the very helpful landlord. I was a little early getting to the apartment before scheduled check in time but the landlord graciously let me into the room anyway. Price was reasonable for the location.

Only a minor inconvenience but there were no facilities to check and hold luggage on the day of checkout. I had a flight later that evening and had to cart my luggage everywhere I went for the entire day.

Sine the apartment was within the Sebel Hotel, it was not so convenient in terms of requesting for room service & airport transfer. However, I like the location. I haven't eaten a meal at the restaurant so I can't say anything about the breakfast.

It was a good start but not welcoming as there was no-one to check me into the room. The hard part is finding the room key, it was not friendly. Every hotel experience is when the guest is welcomed to the room.

Location location location. Right in the CBD, walking distance to Queen St Mall, Central Station, Riverside, cafes & casino. Felons at Howard Smith Wharves is also a walkable distance. Good size apartment, comfy bed. Good communication & clear instructions for key collect.

Kitchen had a random selection of crockery & cutlery (other apartments might be different). Shower over the bath.

Lovely apartment, clean and tidy and the communication with the management company was great and easy to get access as we arrived late in the evening. Great having an apartment as you have that extra space with the dining area and lounge to spread out and relax that you do not normally get in a hotel bedroom and hotel costs in the same area were more expensive. Location of the apartment was excellent. Only a 5 min walk and you are right in the middle of Queen St Mall with all the shops easily accessible in the area. Being in the CBD there were also lots of places to eat all around near the entrance to the apartment building within a 2 min walk. Everything in CBD was easily accessible walking and didn't need to use any transport unless going outside the area. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was great, close to where I had my meeting, as well as shops and eateries. The hosts were fantastic, helping with our check-in, parking, and were very accommodating with our checkout.

Only minor things were the very small ensuite, and it was difficult to control the a/c temp.
