Was in a great location, well equipped with washing facilities. Nice and clean 😊

Not made aware of parking fee till we parked the car. ( would have been nice to have been advised and finding the car park was a nightmare, few times round the block). Booked this as it advertised river views which is why we choose this place unfortunately we didn’t get that view.

Location was AMAZING - right by the river and a 2 minute walk into the main shopping heart of town. SunCorp stadium was visible from our room. We had a one bedroom apartment on floor 20 - the view was fabulous. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for ourselves but there were lots of places to eat within a short walk. There was a large balcony space that overlooked the river. The south bank museums were a 5 minute walk across the bridge.

The room overlooks the river and that means also overlooking several lanes of roads and that was noisy (at all times of day and night). Some double glazing would have been a good idea when they built. Take ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. I appreciate the use of bigger dispensers of toiletries to help save plastic but I personally hate the citrus based strong smelly stuff they have chosen to go with.

Have stayed at Oaks in Brisbane before. Staff are always great. Love the location....makes it easy to walkover to the theatre and gallery, and close to mall. The apartments are always clean and everything in working order. And, even though our apartment this time looked onto the backs of buildings, we didn't care because the balcony was clean & spacious and sunny on a winters morning, but mostly it's such good value for inner city. I always like having the kitchen.

My only gripe (and it's a small one) is that there were no blankets in the cupboard that I could have used to replace the doona on the bed (I can't sleep under doonas). I will remember to ask next time.

Loved the spacious room and balcony/patio area. The pool was one of the best with a glass side overlooking the street below, and the spa beside it was just fantastic. Location was perfect for shopping and 5 minutes from the Casino.

The view was looking into other accommodation, which was disappointing when we thought we were getting a room with a view of the river as advertised. We had to buy coffee cups as the ones provided were a 2 sip kind of size. I suggest googling restaurants or downloading the Aus Ubereats app before arriving.

The view and location were amazing. The room was pleasant and comfortable with all our requirements. It was also very clean. The large veranda suited us perfectly -we loved it.

One suggestion I could make would be, to have a drone photograph of the CBD area surrounding the motel. Looking out at the amazing view and being first time visitors to Brisbane, an aerial photograph would have been very interesting, and I think it would look amazing on the wall. Also, a wall clock in the living room area would be a helpful and homely touch.

The beds were amazing so comfortable had the best sleep ever. Ever clean. Close to food and shops easily walk to everything. The only shame for us was they pool and spa where not open when we stayed dew to weather but honestly they could have opened them it wasn't that bad, so a shame it's the main reason we chose to stay here was the kids were so excited to enjoy the pool and spa and wanted to have a night swim with all the beautiful lights around with the lovely views.

Very spacious and bedding was comfortable. Balcony was huge!

Maybe a smart TV is best - nowadays, everyone watches Netflix not cable TV :)

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Oaks Casino Tower. We were especially pleased with how kind, friendly and helpful ALL of the staff were! It is in the absolute perfect spot for a family getaway. There was lots to see and do for both adults and children within walking distance. We booked a river view room of the 18th floor and the view was absolutely spectacular! The rooms were comfortable, with ducted air conditioning, and the apartment was equipped with everything you need for your time away! It was our 1st time staying with Oaks, but we will definitely be back again! Thanks so much for having us!!
