The room was an adequate size and offered that cosy and intimate feeling which was exactly what I desired taking my partner away for the weekend. The bed was nice and comfortable, shower was nice and big considering the size of the bathroom and balcony was bigger than expected considering the size of the room. Of course WIFI and Chromecast were also available for us but we had no use for those services.. was good to know however that we had those options there. Staff were also very accomodating and friendly. Shout out to the housekeeping team for making our bed and tidying up our room despite the celebrations/ decorations occupying the entire room. We were pleasantly surprised by it all when we returned later on in the day.

I wish they didn't advertise the rooms as being "soundproofed" because they definitely aren't. I know for a fact that my partner and I were heard by the neighbours in the room next to us.. could also hear a dog barking down below in one of the houses and just as an experiment I closed all windows/doors and went inside the room to see if I could still hear it...and yes, I could indeed still hear it. Must admit it was one of the reasons I went for this room but ultimately didn't really affect us during our stay.

Convenient location to the event we were attending. Cereal and coffee included in the price for breakfast Spacious unit, with a decent sized shower, good air-conditioning, nice furniture, very comfortable. I use a wheelie walker, and there was plenty of room in the unit for me to use it safely. Loved the night view toward the city. Other facilities in our room, washer and drier, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. It is well set up for a long stay or short stay. Within walking distance of Maccas and Westfield Shopping Centre. There are also quite a few restaurants within a few minutes' drive. The apartment was reasonably quiet, considering how close it is to Gympie Road.

Access, with my wheelie Walker from the car park underneath, was difficult. The lift in the car park does not give access to the building. If we stay there again, I would get out at reception rather than the struggle from underneath. There is always a solution in hindsight. Our TV had no internet connection, so we were unable to cast to the TV. We were out most of the time. Reception did say they would come and fix it. The lift from reception up, the doors close very quickly, and when you can't move fast, the doors close on you.

Arrived at 11pm and instructions texted to us were easy to follow. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was really comfortable which is so important. Full size fridge was great for keeping drinks in. Front staff was welcoming and friendly each time we came in or out. The cleaning lady with the short cropped hair was just so friendly and relaxed, she seemed like she was a joy to have around. Didn’t try the breakfast. Location is beyond perfect for shopping or dinner and a movie at Westfield Chermside. There was construction in the hotel but we were never bothered buy it at all. Extremely happy to return next time in Brisbane!!

All was excellent!

I loved that there was a free coffee machine at the entrance and that the studio apartment I stayed in was recently renovated and modern. I will definitely consider booking in again should I require accommodation.

Some feedback for suggestions: To enhance guest experience, consider adding signage requesting guests to be mindful of noise levels (if not already), particularly during early morning or late evening hours. I noticed a group speaking loudly outside their room at around 6:00 AM, which disrupted other guests who were still asleep and they had to come out to ask them to be quiet. While I was awake and unaffected, I believe such disturbances could be minimised with gentle reminders for quiet especially during these hours.

Location to the shopping centre and restaurants was fantastic. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Beds were lovely to sleep in. TV Was a good size with casting available for streaming. Free Car Parking with easy access to my room.

Only thing I didn't like was the Hot Water. It literally took 4 minutes for the hot water to come through the basin tap and shower. Wasting water in the shower but once it was hot the shower was high pressure. When wanting the basin hot water it was a bit ridiculous waiting that long with the water running.

It's at great location with Westfield, MacDonalds & eateries around (all within 3 mins walk). It's also the best in value for money, cleanliness & staff is just outstanding. There's this male staff member at the desk at most times, who's so courteous, soft spoken & helpful (great service should be recognised). My family & I were very impressed with everything.

There's nothing to pick.

The room held everything we required - a kitchinette, a shower (not a bath/shower) and a balcony. The grab n go breakfast was a nice surprise.

The lift didn't work on our last day, but no-one could have predicted that. The shower had no hot water one night - but apart from that - all was good.Bed was comfortable and the location was great.

The vicinity was pretty much close to the places we wanted to go visit. We can cook as well and the hotel got a balcony. My partner and I are satisfied with our stay in Quest Chermside.

The bathroom got no steam so we didn't use the laundry and had to leave the door open when we shower. We could hear the siren all night so maybe a better sound proof room could have been better.

Stained and dirty carpet. The carpet should have been replaced some time ago and failing that, steam cleaned on a regular basis. The white soles of my slippers were filthy. Thank god I brought something to wear on my feet to relax in.

Location was great being near Westfield shopping centre and the bus line. Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and neatly presented. The bed was extremely comfortable for our one night stay. We needed 2 rooms and it was awesome that we had connecting doorways.

The TV in the bedroom is located in a position on the wall that every time I get it of bed I narrowly missed running into it... also it was not connected to power or the antenna due to refurbishment of the room not completed.
