Location and staff were fantastic. The front desk staff were very sweet which immediately gives you a good welcoming feeling. The 1 bed apartment is great. We had room service and that was fantastic and the staff bringing it were lovely.

I requested the sofa bed be made up as I was travelling with my teen son and we'd be getting in after 9pm. The reception staff found sheets and blankets and made up the sofa bed. A saucepan in the kitchen cupboard was dirty. The aircon or water heater (not sure) is intermittently loud - the sound was coming from the ceiling outside the bathroom.

Great central location, friendly staff, good size room.

We paid in advance for breakfast, but it wasn't quite as expected. The breakfast restaurant was open to the public as well as residents ,so could be really busy. No special treatment for residents, you had to join the queue. One morning after wating 45mins, we had to abandon breakfast as we had a tour booked. There were restrictions on what was included, so you could only have one item from menu and a hot drink. So for example, if you wanted some fruit and cooked breakfast, you had to pay extra. On the last day we ordered a takeaway breakfast as had to get to the airport, they charged for this as it was different to standard options. I should add the food was amazing!

Short walk to UpTown and Queen st mall. Staff cleaned the room daily to a high standard. Usually pretty quiet in the room with balcony doors closed. Easy to get parking during our stay. Collection of nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Great views of the city from our balcony on the Charlotte st side.

Bed was very hard. Some night roadworks on Charlotte st during our stay, could be heard somewhat during the night. Kitchen was smaller than it seemed in pictures and cookware was in need of replacing as the knives were very dull.

Very easy check in, we were on the 8th Floor. Nice room and bathroom. Just a few things I noticed that definitely were not deal breakers but in a very competitive market, I know that it is important that feed back is accurate. Bedding: fairly thin blanket between two sheets. No extra blanket provided. With it now being a little cooler maybe a doona would be better. Curtains have a couple of stains on them, not sure what the stain is but it was significant enough. Lastly coffee, tea supplies not replenished on a daily basis. A little inconvenient when you want to make.a tea on your return.

Liked the location, very convenient to the main mall and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, I liked the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Staff are friendly at check-in. The room is clean, and housekeeping is prompt and turns up with a smiling face every day. Location is superb as we were close to shops, restaurants, and train stations in the city.

Breakfast is a little stressful as the restaurant is always busy. Staff seemed to be super stretched during this time. We had to wait for a table sometimes, and the wait time for food was about 30 mins, and sometimes our order was wrong (we are a small family of 3).

Location was great, walking distance to botanic gardens, Southbank, cafes, bars etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful, on site parking was relatively cheap compared to other motels in the area, downstairs cafe served a good breakfast at a fair price. Bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure and was nice and hot.

At over $200 the room was pretty small and some furnishings a little worn. Not many parking spots available for motel guests. No complimentary water in mini bar.

With a prime location, the hotel ticked all the boxes for me. Our room was clean, spacious enough for a family with a tween and teenager. The wifi worked well for us. Soundproofed so it was quiet and comfortable even though we were right in the CBD. I liked that it had a washing machine in the room. If we ever return to Brisbane, we would likely stay there.

The assigned parking for the guests, so you might not be able to park in the car park and parking in Brisbane is hard and not cheap. If I ever return, I will not hire a car . The hotel on top of being close to everything, it is in walking distance to train station and buses.

We had a one night stay in the city, being the wknd very lucky as there was a lot of construction going on. Had it been the week maybe a different story. Location location access to everything, walking distance to restaurants, bars etc something ours boys loved. Being able to secure a parking space was a bonus first in bases. Check out was seamless staff very helpful

Could not fault the place, clean and tidy all we needed for a night’s accommodation.

Perfect located in the CBD of Brisbane. Quiet. Car park 28 AUD per day. Pool and well equipped GYM.

Outdated furniture, each and every piece had a scratch or was bumped. A little bit dark. Kitchen not clean especially the air ventilation system over the stove. Had to clean it twice in the dishwasher. 3 MBits Internet connection is in 2024/2025 absolute a joke. No furniture on the balcony

Had a very late honeymoon (the only time we've had without our children, lol), and it was an amazing getaway. The room was absolutely beautiful, with natural lighting throughout, which gave it a very relaxing vibe. The veiw was great and the place smelt lovely and felt very clean. We ordered roomservice meals 3 times during our stay, it was easy to do and each time the food was hot and very tasty. We had a beautiful platter with chocolate coated strawberries and sparkling delivered to our room also. We definitely will return for an anniversary in the future. The staff were all very lovely and helpful. We truly had such a relaxing and memorable time.

The only thing that could improve the experience is having a separate pool in a different area for adults only. There were constant children in the pool splashing around and squealing each time we went (we even tried at night 😅). I'm not complaining about children, though, lol. We are parents too, and it's lovely when travelling to have a nice pool for the kids to play in. It would just be nice to have an area where childless adults/couples and couples travelling without their children could enjoy getting some relaxation and not getting splashed at lol. The sauna was perfect and nice to retreat to 👌🏼
