Great location, great big rooms, super comfy king bed, comfortable pillows, walk in wardrobe, 2 bathrooms, small pool. Aircon in each room. Kids loved the massive TV in living room + master room TV. Lovely staff. Free parking. Many food options within walking distance. Washing machine & dryer were an unexpected & very happy surprise. Free wifi. Lovely & new & clean!

A very beautiful apartment, but definitely no frills. Small touches like hand soap in the kitchen would have been great. Dishwasher was unfortunately full of dirty dishes that had obviously sat there a while - took a while to get rid of that smell. A little confusing to find our way around the grounds, but didn't take long to figure it out. Rooms obviously lovely & new but with a few kinks to be ironed out - eg fans & bathroom locks not working yet.

We’re from interstate and came over for a concert (TØP) and found the location perfect for this. Close to the airport and close to the entertainment centre. GYG was close for our post concert feed and Zarrafas for our morning coffees. We stayed in one of the new 2br apartments which was perfect for us (a couple and a single). Balcony was nice and pool looked divine but the weather wasn’t in our favour during our stay so we mostly spent it indoors; complimentary wifi and tv’s with casting capability was very much appreciated.

Minor things that are non-issues: - Ceiling fan squeaks (we used the split system instead) - Bin felt too small (waste was still dealt with) - Tallboy location in main was a slight annoyance as it blocked the path slightly - Drainage of rainwater off the steps leading to the apartments could be better

Great restaurant on site with fantastic food and very good buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Gardens and surrounds well maintained. Easy to access with free onsite parking. 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, with lots of room to spread out. Easy access to second floor with lift. Hotel is also located near a small shopping complex, with lots of restaurant/takeaway options as well.

Housekeeping forgot to stock apartment with tea-towels but quickly and easily resolved with front desk staff making the effort to deliver to us after breakfast. All others items well stocked.

We arrived at the hotel exhausted and stressed after a failed landing in Sydney and diversion to Brisbane. We couldn't have picked a better place to recover and rethink our plans over the two nights we spent here. We were checked in by Joshua who despite being inundated with enquiries (hundreds of people in the same boat as us, we were so lucky to get the last room) was calm and sanguine about the situation, very generously listened to my sleep -deprived rantings and assured me there was wine in the mini bar. We had a great room, were looked after well, changes were seamlessly made to accommodate us spending two nights in the same room, the breakfast and dinner were good, all staff cheerful and helpful. We were very glad of the little pool too and even nipped in and out of central Brisbane for a change of scene, easy enough. We left the hotel feeling rested and taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for stressed out travellers in need of some TLC.

The staff are friendly, respectful and accommodating. I sent them message if we can check-in early but the message reply said they think it's not possible. When we arrived, other guests left and the reception staff ask the cleaner to prepare our room so we can checked-in early. The cleaner also turned on the aircon so the room for us. My daughte likes their decent-size pool. She enjoyed it a lot. The property has its own restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. Otherwise, there are other shops across the property. The property is peaceful and quiet. Our unit has 2 bedroom: queen size bed and the other room has a double siz bed and a single bed. The beds are comfortable. The unit has a kitchen equipped with induction stove, oven, normal size fridge with freezer and a microwave. Pots, pans and cutleries are available to use. It has a dining table, sofa lounge with TV, a desk and a small balcony. There are 3 heatpumps: 1 in each room and 1 in the lounge/kitchen area. The bathroom/toilet is clean and presentable.

Our flight from Brisbane Airport was delayed and we were pleasently surprised with our stay at Brisbane International Virginia. The location was excellent as it was only a short drive from the airport as well as near shops for a quick takeaway dinner. The staff were lovely and offered us complimentary late check out. We had a deluxe twin room. The room itself was spacious, clean and tidy. There was lots of space to place and organise our luggage without cluttering the room. The beds were very comfortable.

Comfortable, clean and up to date furnishing.

I upgraded the accommodation through booking.com and didn't receive confirmation of payment. I was paying for my parent's accommodation, and it caused embarrassment when the additional amount was deducted from their deposit for potential damages $150.00. I didn't receive emailed information from booking.com either. I can see my problem is largely with Booking.com, however, I would have thought any amount owing for the accommodation would have been resolved when checking in.

Comfortable bed, large room, clean, good parking, nice staff, good buffet breakfast. Good wifi. Plenty of fast food joints across the road (mexican, thai, greek, chinese, burgers, etc).

One third of the bathroom window is just a mosquito net, so in winter, with temperatures at 9° at night, the bathroom is super cold at night and in the morning, and cold air is flowing also through the room because of the gaps under the doors. For the room, we could use the AC on heating mode, but for the bathroom there is no solution. It is freezing! Toiletries are of lower quality, a small soap, no bath gel. Shower has a fixed head and could be improved with a flexible. Cars are parking in front of the rooms, motel style, so you hear engines starting early morning.

It was modern furnishing, clean rooms and had enough space for 3 kids to move around.

It’s on the main road and quite noisy. One of the TVs didn’t have a working remote, housekeeping didn’t do our room for one of the days and when they did, they didn’t replenish enough towels and toilet paper so we had to request from night reception. There was no allocated parking spot so we had to drive around find one around the building on the premises as we were staying in the 3 storey building and not the motel ones.

I only stayed one night but the pool was nice to swim in and they allowed me to check in early.

The stairs up to the room; carrying bags was a bit of a mission but I managed alright. Just a suggestion: the door that joins the two rooms, it’s hard to tell if the other side has access to your room, a simple bolt that you can slide your side would make people feel a lot safer. The person in the room next to me tried the door late at night and it woke me and freaked me out a little, I had nothing that made me feel safe to secure the door with, a bolt would have helped.
