From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Our room was spotless, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was an added convenience. The hotel’s location was perfect close to local attractions, restaurants, and transport, yet quiet enough We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality that made us feel at home. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we look forward to returning on our next visit.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, the pricing felt slightly higher compared to similar hotels in the area. That said, the location was convenient, and the staff made us feel welcome.

Accessible room close to front reception/lift. Good undercover free parking. Good secure carpark. Free light breakfast of cereal, fruit and uht milk available in front foyer. Nice family common room for anyone to use with dining facilities, kitchen, larger TV and separate lounge and toy area. Two vending machines with drinks, snacks and some meals available. Easy drive to Chermside Westfield and Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Basic kitchen facilities in each apartment. Hard wood polished floors were very nice. Enclosed patio. Helpful staff. Easy after hours check in.

The accessible bathroom had a very slippery floor and poor drainage from the shower to the drain in the floor. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Only two towels provided but staff were happy to provide more. We had twin beds which were old and not very comfortable. Springs popping when you roll over is not conducive to sound sleep. Time to upgrade the mattresses.

I liked and appreciated: 1. That the room had two single beds with their own little side tables and lamps and a big window for nice natural lighting. 2. That the space was well thought out, clean, spacious and practical with the kitchenette on one side and beds on the other. I felt that the TV's placement was a bit awkward but I understand why it makes sense. The owners solved this by putting in an extendable arm on the TV. 3. That the kitchenette was very clean and well designed with a full fridge, a microwave, electrical cook top with 2 elements, an oven, a microwave and an electric jug. 3. That there was ample storage in the wardrobe and a place to put sit and place your suitcase. 4. The lighting in the room was nicee and cozy. 5. I like that safety was very important to the owners. There is a main switch controlling the swith for both the stove and the electfical outlet. That was very smart. 6. That there was a lot of signage about instructions on how to use the kitchen and shower room. That was very smart. 7. That there was sufficient cutlery, plates and cups and some nice tea and coffee satchets. 8. That all the cutlery was clean. 9. That the toilet/shower is disability friendly with a foldable shower seat, hand rails and great water pressure. 10. The staff were very professional and checked and were helpful.

I did not like: 1. The lighting in the bathroom was not very good with the light placement casting a shadow on the mirror; 2. That you there was one switch for both the light and the suction fan - I felt that you should separate the switches; 3. The flooding in the shower room was a bit concerning. I would like to suggest the owners consider encasing the shower room with glass panels.

Unite was very clean staff very friendly and helpful

Heater did not work as well as it should. I didn't like the breakfast was only pre packed fruit and cereal. There should have been bread for toasting or rasin bread. Also, I did not like the long life milk was not pleasant. Only two biscuits (one packet) of biscuits between 2 people also, coffee was in short supply. But must say was given more when asked. Reported a leaking down pipe that dripped all night.

Deb at reception was absolutely wonderful. We were there for an emergency medical visit to hospital and she was very calm reassuring and helpful in arranging my room and then helping us both after discharge while waiting for our flights. I had a studio room with king size bed and kitchenette so I could watch tv in bed. I loved the fully equipped guest lounge where we were able to wait after checkout and discharge. Also loved the proximity to the hospital and the go brekky.

Having to turn noisy exhaust fan on to use kettle or have a kitchen bench light on (safety feature)

Fantastic access to hospital and felt safe when my husband had to stay longer in hospital

Difficult when not knowing how long to stay but even advised day before had to change rooms twice - maybe some consideration of not paying higher price for other room when it was empty which meant I could have stayed in first room and other person could have been given better room for same price to save me shifting but understand if other room was actually booked and person was in there

The lounge area was brilliant and the staff were lovely parking was easy

The bed was uncomfortable & the rooms were kinda clean, floors were shocking, white socks went black within minutes & hair and dust on the floors. Everything else was good but the drains and toilet stank so bad. The first thing that hit me was urine smell when I walked in. Such a shame because the staff and lounge area was wonderful

Location was the best for my partner who was hospitalised, walking distance for me, great facilities for me, great community cooking and relaxing area if you needed, laundry facilities, ever so clean in all areas l went. Not far get to pharmacy, shoppong or restaurants. Reception very accommodating to any of my requests.

Can't think of anything, 5 star all the way.

Nice and close to everything, rooms contained everything necessary and were well set out. Easy checkin and checkout and free car parking. Nice costly little unit with a balcony and grab and go breakfast

The shower wasn’t very good and wasn’t clean as hair on the walls and hardly any tissues which should have been topped up. The sofa bed was hard to push back in as the sides had been taped up so had to leave it half out as couldn’t collapse

Best location to visit relatives in near by hospitals. About 5 minute walk to Prince Charles Hospital. Apartments clean and modern. Twenty minute walk to Chermside shopping centre which has an excellent food court. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Did not like push bar soap foam dispensers. Suggest bring own shampoo and soap.
