We didn't have breakfast. We stayed at the Windsor apartments to be close to where our son lives in Windsor. We were out for lunch most days so a very light breakfast for my husband was all that was needed.

We were surprised to be greeted with a tablet to sign in with and pay and all the codes to get to our apartment. Once we came up to speed with AI no problems. It did seem a bit strange though not seeing another "human"

The room was perfect and super clean. The wifi was reliable and easy to access. The venue was easy to get to and I used the public transport and Ubers right outside the door

There were no humans to check-in or speak with. This wasn't made clear to me in the booking process. My mobile phone was broken which therefore made the check-in process extra complicated. This experience was more frustrating, however it didn't prevent me from booking the accommodation again,

I chose the property for an overnight stay before flying out the following morning. It was a short trip to the airport. Check in was very well explained and straightforward. The room was spacious and clean with a great shower in the en-suite.

Not a dislike but it would have been useful to have a few more utensils. I made myself a salad with some food I had leftover from my week in a self catering apartment and a plate, bread knife and knife and fork would have been useful.

I loved the modern feel of the room and the location! The hotel was just down the road from where I needed to be for my work course so I could walk and not have to waste more money on Ubers! I felt safe and comfortable with having a key code access for the lift and the hotel room.

There was a lot of limescale build up in the kettle so I wasn’t able to use it but apart from that the room was fantastic!

The superfast wifi was exceptional thanks to each room having it's own modem. This was a huge relief as I had to do an online event and the room I'd booked had such poor wifi connection I had to leave and find an alternative.

The check-in process was awful as it was attempting to be all automated but required far more time & energy to enter my information that it would've had there been human interaction. That said, the host met me to assist me. After I entered the information into the system twice due to the system deleting everything I'd previously entered. It did the same for him.

Location was great for our work trip, hotel in general was extremely quiet compared to many others so was able to get a good rest in

Very minor things, due to how the property was run it was a little dusty and a few fingernails on the headboard from a previous visitor but nothing we couldn’t manage to do in our own.

Great location, super clean, room acceptable for our needs, very secure venue to stay, staff were professional and very helpful to us. This accommodation works on sending you messages and emails which provides you with access codes to public areas within the building and a separate code to your room. You don't have any face to face contact with the owners/managers, not even for payment, however lots of information provided to guide you through. There is a phone number to call if you do need assistance.

we were in Brisbane to visit the hospital, the location was excellent just short walk away

Being in our seventies and not 100% Tech Savvy. We found it difficult, to get signed in, but we were rescued and helped by a staff member. But now having done it once, We Understand the procedure, and will be fine next time, we will definitely be back.

Fantastic customer service, great to have a king sized bed for the adults and separate single beds in the second bedroom for the kids - this seems to be hard to find in accommodation these days! I was surprised at how quiet the rooms were despite being right next to a main road.

A couple of minor maintenance things that have been passed onto the manager to sort.

Expensive I paid less for 3 nights down the road, it cost me an extra 200+ for 2 nights then what I paid for 3. It would have been nice to have contact with staff as I only seen cleaner. I think they should have had a broom and mop not only dust pan. The shower needed something so water wasn’t able to adjust.
