Quiet and budget friendly

The place really exceeded my expectations for the price. The owner was really helpful. There was a lot of little quirky touches which I would not have expected for the price ie. Seal stamped toilet roll! Paper seal around toilt seat, hand sanitiser etc The bed was really comfortable and the room was really clean and modern. The place was conveniently located for my event at the Tivoli - 6 minute walk. I will certainly use this place again.

I didn't recall seeing the name of the location on the side of the building so i was a bit unsure I had arrived at the correct location. I was a little confused how to get into the secured property on arrival. My room was above the electronic gate which made a noise whilst opening/closing in the early morning. I also had a few guys talking loudly below my first floor room early Sunday morning. I'm not sure if they were actually on the property or outside the perimeter of the apartments.

All went well,we should have asked for a downstairs room as we are getting on a bit. Security and parking were very good,location was good,not very far from Chinatown. The room had a balcony and sink wich not many places have.

There were no hooks for the towels in the bathroom,I hope some can be installed as that is very annoying,never been to accomodations were they did not have hooks to hang your towels on after use.The room is large but the tv is a bit small for the size of the room.

Location was good and staff very helpful and friendly. It was important for us to have parking available, and though a little "squishy" by country standards, the parking was secure and free. There was a microwave, crockery and cutlery supplied. The shower was great - lots of hot water and clean towels.

The room was quite small, but it would've been nice to have at least one comfy chair. There was a new kettle provided but it was a little tricky to fill from the bathroom tap! Also some cold drinking water in the fridge would've been appreciated.

Our room, while old and very much a budget option, was surprisingly well equipped. Cieling fan as well as air conditioner, everything well cleaned and maintained, extra blankets and towels provided etc. Room was solid/well insulated - we heard nothing from the other rooms while inside ours. Secure parking was available. The owner was lovely and accommodating, not bothered that we were a bunch of lads planning a big night on the town.

I couldn't get our kettle to work, possible replacement needed.

This is a good value facility, well managed by Hans and providing free on site secure parking. Even though the checkout time is 10am, we could leave our car longer as we visited Southbank. I would rather stay in a well managed three star facility rather than a badly managed four or five star place any day! we didn't have the chance to use the pool, even though small, looked clean and tidy.

Nothing really. The manager continues to refurbish this place to improve room appeal. The rooms were comfortable and the beds great.

The fact they did not change sheets or towels or clean room for 4 days then we checked out Pool not working I tried to do washing but washer only accepted tokens tried to go to reception at 6 pm but office was closed even with a sign saying open till 9 pm

Very clean & when you walk into the reception and hallways the beautiful scent of musk is divine. You know that if you stay here it’s well cleaned. The owner was very lovely and accommodating and mum and I felt so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! Very close to the Brisbane hip clinic too which matched my needs to get to my appointment without having to drive and a very short stroll into fortitude valley. Thankyou

Friendly & very helpful staff. Very clean & comfortable. Good compfy bed & pillows. Ideal location & 10min walk to Chattanooga for Dining & Wine Bar in Brunswick St. Great Value.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. I'm going back next week.
