Please replace the toilet seat it's small and so uncomfortable and distrusting while using it. Otherwise everything is fine and enjoying staying and looking forward to booking again in our next trips to brisbane. Fortitude valley shopping malls few minutes, train station and bus stops and alot of restaurants to enjoy. Walking distance to queens street mall. Very convenient place to stay.

Only concern was the toilet seat replaced wasn't the correct size and needed to be replaced with the correct size which will fit correctly. Otherwise all good to book again. Thanks

i loved the location, i loved the view, i loved the seperate rooms and the ensuite, the size of the showers, the decent enough kitchen, the balcony and most things, plenty of storage, and yeah there's alot to love

the breakfast bar is too wide, the floors and walls are all scuffed up, some of the basics were missing but for a weekend trip it was ok, like not even supply any condiments, salt, pepper, nothing.. the rest of the bathroom is a little tight but the shower is spacious. the beds are a little hotel like so the 2 single beds instead of 1 mattress really sucks.. the check in experience is a little dodgy, the carpark is pretty wild, but overall a pretty damn good experience

Apartment was clean and roomy. Very quick to reply on getting a second key and quick to act to allow us to pick it up. Thank you. I will use you again though I would hope that some of the below issues are addressed

No second key until I asked for it. Non ensuite bathroom water pressure was dreadful. Toilet paper holder and towel rail were not attached to wall properly so both fell off. Could be placed back but they were not fixed to the wall. Only 1 pillow provided per person, found other pillows but only one pillowcase. No teaspoons at all. Bit frustrating not being able to talk to anyone. All these things are minor, except for the water that was major, but annoying when you are paying money and have expectations

Close to the main valley

The room smelt like pee, which I notified the reception when I called, but they couldn't move us. I brought roof top access to the pool but was put in another building which i wasn't told about so we couldn't find the pool then when we did our tag wouldn't work which I notified thr reception also but the were like try it again it's the other tag. If we were in the right building where I purchased my room, there properly wouldn't have been all the confusion. We didn't use the pool as it was just a stuff around.

Apartment was very nice, modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay

The area of Fortitude Valley is terrible & very scary. We pretty much tried to not leave the apartment as we didn't feel safe even walking to the shops.

The rooftop pool and bbq areas were great along with the location being close to a bunch of food places.

The location of the dryer wasn't ideal as the lint would build up on the ground and furniture in front of it. so long stays would not be ideal as frequent cleaning would be needed.

Location was so central, everything we needed was provided.

Shower needs a deep clean. Found a used syringe in the wardrobe of the bedroom near the kitchen. Instructions to find carpark are incorrect and it took us ages to find it (instructions say B1 but the carpark was on B2

New apartment building near the train station Location is close to the city. Short walk Facilities is great. Apartment is well kept. Check in and key collection is easy. Simple instruction from the owner

Located in the "not so nice part of town". 5 night clubs on Brunswick St next to the apartment. Don't feel "safe" in the evening with lots of homeless, drunk, high on drugs, mental health people. Can hear the music and sirens from Level 22.

Very clean and tidy unit, great views

Even though the unit was on the 23rd floor, the noise from the street was loud. This property is in night club district.

The room was clean. The rooftop pool was amazing. Key pick up and drop off was very smooth. It's very close to the train station. I would definitely recommend anyone for their next visit.
